For a year and a half I had stomach and body pain that was not Gastro related. I remembered that we used to go to a sports doctor so I made an appointment with Dr.Esposito. He is great, helped me a lot. I don't have any body pain or stomach pain and it’s all thanks to him!

I’ve been seeing Dr Esposito since Nov 2022 and he is the best! I had been feeling blah with back pain for months and not feeling like exercising much as a result, creating a huge domino effect. Was nervous about seeing a chiro but researched docs in my area was confident after meeting Dr Esposito and having my first consult and adjustment. He gave me exercises to do at home and made me actively participate in feeling better which I loved. Instead of needing to see him more and more, over time I started to see him less and less (from once a week to now once every 6-8 weeks or so). He is the bomb I highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Esposito is exactly what you want in a chiropractor. Big and strong, understands the body and can do the right adjustments and stretches to provide the necessary relief. USA Sports is a great establishment and I can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve been receiving PT at the USA Sports Medicine S. Beach office for several weeks. I have witnessed noticeable improvement in regaining strength and mobility in my right leg. Exercises to do at home are made easy by professional videos that include step-by-step instructions. My therapist is Madison Kudja, a knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly DPT. She asks me questions at the start of my sessions to understand what I have observed about my progress. Unlike other therapists that multitask between patients or other tasks, Madison works with her patients and closely monitors how they do their exercises. I highly recommend USA Sports Medicine S. Beach, and Madison Kudja.

For now I have only been once but I feel the need to give 5 stars since they treat you like a luxury and have plenty of knowledge to help you, at least the girl who looked at my knees helped me a lot and motivated me to skate again

Omg!!! My only regret is that I didn’t come here 5 years ago. In the past, I’ve been sent to other physical therapist and I just didn’t care for it so I didn’t continue but when I found usa sports medicine on South Beach, they changed my whole view and I wish I came sooner. Aaron is the best and super knowledgeable and just amazing - so grateful to have found him even though AT LEAST 10 people recommended him to me - and the whole office staff - from the second you walk in till you walk out - they’re just amazing and nice and knowledgeable And super qualified and I can’t say enough good things about this place and I highly recommend it to anyone that has any bit of pain to at least go for a consultation and get some physical therapy from these people. I would give 100 stars if I could, they are the best. So grateful

I have needed PT over my life for injuries and just plain breaking down of the body. I have gone to many physical therapy clinics all highly recommended by excellent doctors. Unfortunately none of those have truly given me relief for an extended time UNTIL now. On the recommendation of an excellent UHealth doctor I am at USA Sports Medicine & I feel as if I had won the lottery. The expertise of their staff ,which are for the most part all doctors in physical therapy , is second to none. Their techniques are amazing & Kevin Mills, one of the owners , is too good to be true. The front office staff Melissa & the office manager Kim are magnificent. Thank you Kevin !

Jessica Soros she is the best Dr. very
Knowledgeable and helped me after traumatic accident with my upper back
and a tear on my left shoulder. I was always in extreme pain. After multiple sessions the progress I have made is amazing !!!
Jessica has magic hands!! ? wonderful atmosphere and her staff absolutely genuinely nice people !!! Great physical therapy place I highly recommend Miami Beach physical therapy for any issues you may have after injury or surgery . ❤️❤️❤️

USA sports medicine has done a wonderful job with my physical therapy.
I have had 4 sessions with Jessica & she really has improved my pain in back in neck.
Along with Kayla, they both showed me how to work through my pain & feel better.
Very professional & great atmosphere for therapy.

we call for an emergency and they wasn't able to help or give additional information and try to make an appointment available for emergency in a month. For an emergency this sound unreal but more unreal was the way they spoke

I had been trying to get pregnant for years with no luck. Shortly after starting weekly chiropractic sessions with Dr. Esposito, I got pregnant! He’s wonderful! And whatever he does works!
