I've been going to Eliane for years. She is the absolute best, and it's always lovely to chat with her. When I first moved to South Beach, I tried several salons but was not satisfied. Thankfully I discovered Em Salon right around the corner. It's clean with a relaxing decor. And of course, it has Eliane!

I chose this salon to get acrylic nail strengthening, thinking that the highest price in the area must mean top-tier quality. I was completely wrong. The quality is nowhere near what they charge. After just three days, one nail cracked straight through and the acrylic lifted completely. By the fourth day, another nail lost the entire acrylic like a cheap press-on. Absolute disaster. And no, I haven’t even washed a single dish. Or any work. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and in the past I was working an extremely active job in healthcare, hitting my hands constantly throughout the day. Not once did a nail ever break. I always wore short nails with gel or acrylic, and they held up perfectly. But here, two nails fell off in four days. If you respect your time and your money, avoid this place at all costs. 95$ for nothing.

Neyer is the best! I’ve gotten a few manicures and pedicures at EM and I plan to only come here for the rest of my life. (Or at least as long as I live in Miami LOL) It’s difficult finding a gentle nail tech who cares about the attention to detail. Thank you!

I will never go to EM saloon after I came across with the owner at the parking lot. She needs 101 lessons on how to treat people. She blocked the parking lot to several cars and when I approached her and asked her not to block the parking lot, she became upset and was arrogant and called me names. If she wants her business to growth she needs badly to learn how to treat people even in a parking lot! Her arrogance and bad manners are her worst enemy!
