Had the best experience working with the team at Pozy, and from all the way in Dallas TX, special shout out to Nicole and Jonathan. Using their support email address prompted immediate and personal assistance in arranging a special delivery for a Miami visitor on their bday, our madre. Thanks again, @ Pozy Team!

My wife bought some flowers there for the wedding bouquet and is difficult to find flowers ugly, but this white roses were small and a little wrecked. And for almost U$ 200 they supposed to be the best in town. Any other place, prettier roses for U$ 60 tops! Don’t recommend at all.

Choosing to shop local, in mid-January I paid $75 for this orchid and pot - gulp. A month later it wilted. I've been caring for orchids here ten years - typically buying in Nov and they last bloomed until Apr-May. Return to Pozy showing the picture I got a long story and they'd get back to me. NOT.
Pozy came through with a vibrant replacement. Much appreciated

I was looking for flowers as a last minute gift. I was assisted by an employee to find some good flowers and a good price.. ended up leaving with the most beautiful King Proteas for under 80$ .. it’s an understatement to say I was very pleased. They are my new favorite flower and I will be coming back to this establishment.

If I could give half a star I would. Placed my order online with a 2 hr turn around time. Went to pick up my order and the store was closed mid-day. Called multiple times and got no answer. Received a call back 4 hours later stating she was returning my call. Mentioned I will pick up my order before they closed and was told they were closing in 20 minutes…3 hours early from posted hours of operation. Excuse: “the guy who runs their website doesn’t live in Florida and isn’t linked with their schedule”. Was offered a refund but they missed the mark. If they were short staffed and were working a half day, I think it’s fair to say a call to their customer would have helped. Thanks for nothing.

They really made my experience worth while! Lovely people, true expertise, and enough of a light atmosphere to remind me to stay in the moment and not take the workshop, or life, too seriously. I’m incredibly pleased with their service and passion for fulfilling my need for beauty at this time in my life. Will be returning for their events, fresh florals, and gorgeous greenery!! Plus, they have an outdoor area where you can relax or do some work throughout the day - where we can be productive and be surrounded by beauty and vitality. Love it!

The most amazing transformation of the space once Pozy took over. The bouquet workshop is perfect for a girls night out, and the staff was so lovely, fun, and informative. I can't wait to go back!
