I need to review Fed Ex the company that delivers to South Beach Living here 10 years and most drivers refuse to bring packages up tour our apartment. Reporting this and pilfered boxes even sending them CCTV of people ripping the packages off does not get any help, calling them is impossible they set up AI recorded answering that blocks reaching a representative and when and if I get through it’s always the same. We’re sorry it’s terrible 10 years of abuse, it won’t happen again, talk to my supervisor,etc. nothing is done about fixing the problems . Another sad situation in South Beach, I am tired going for heart surgery next week finally. If I survive I will continue to write my continued reviews of mostly sad situations.

Customer service was great!! They helped us out getting a package picked up and shipped to us!! They earned a life time customer!! Shout out for getting a package together over a holiday weekend!

The manager, tall fit bald man. Was extremely rude with a condescending tone and treated me as if I was an incoherent human unable to understand English. People like this should not be in charge of customer service

I had such a great experience at this FedEx location thanks to two incredibly helpful employees Alberto and Cassandra. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. I had a somewhat complicated situation, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly.
They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the process feel easy when it could’ve been stressful. It’s rare to come across service this thoughtful and attentive. I truly appreciate their help and just wanted to say thank you again. They really made my day!

The manager started to scream at me in front of everybody because I was taking more time than normal in his mind (5 minutes) , I was not using any machine or making someone lose their time, nothing! I was just trying to get online because the signal there is terrible! I am the customer! I have the right to take my time if I need it! What is wrong with this person? I was in a bind and needed materials printed quickly for an event. Tey was awesome! I emailed the mock up, it was printed and cut within 15 minutes. It seems many folks knew her by name and are regulars. She balanced helping customers on the phone and in person all while being friendly and patient, and the only associate.

This location totally screwed up my shipment. I shipped six large packages that were guaranteed to arrive at my location the next morning. Not only were they two days late, one is still not delivered approaching a week late. When i entered my info on Fedex.com, they said the case was closed. Talking to a human on the phone is virtually impossible. I still have yet to receive any updates on when my last missing package will be delivered. I attribute all of this to the fact that the customer service rep at this location did not provide me with an accurate time/date for arrival. Terrible experience

My reason for walking into this location was to mail back internet equipment from Google Webpass, which is partnered with Fedex. The Fedex employee would not take the equipment without me paying for the shiping label and box to mail this back. It clearly states on the Google Webpass email that FEDEX WILL PRINT THE LABEL FOR YOU and mail it all back. The female employee would not budge even though it was clearly stated in black and white.
I spent 45minutes speaking with Google Webpass to again confirm that Fedex is supposed to print out the label and cover the shipping materials. Again the female employee didn't care at all. I filed a formal complaint with Fedex.
The reason for this low scrore is because the FEDEX EMPLOYEE WAS MISINFORMED AND INACCURATE. SHE WAS NOT HELPFUL AND DID NOTHING TO SUPPORT ME. SHE WAS BORDERLINE RUDE.
Terrible service overall.
I also heard two employees bitching about the job which was disheartening and super unprofessional.

I recently had a terrible experience at the FedEx on Alton Road in Miami Beach. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted or offered any assistance. Instead, John, an employee standing about 15 feet away, shouted instructions without coming over to help. As someone who's 75 years young and new to their process, I found this very unhelpful.
John was trying to assist multiple customers at once, which I understand, but when I needed help, he only briefly showed me a few things before returning to the counter. I struggled with the computer and had to keep asking for help. When I asked to see a manager, Junior finally came over. Unfortunately, he was condescending and talked down to me, showing no real understanding or empathy for my situation.
I asked both John and Junior how they would assist someone older or less tech-savvy, like a little old lady, and neither could give me an answer. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I will never go back, and I can't say anything good about the FedEx on Alton Road in Miami Beach. It's no surprise that this location has a 3.1 rating on Google, though based on my experience, it should be much lower.
