This woman actually needs to be fired we came 15 minutes before the store closed and she felt the need to tell us it was closed when it wasn’t and there was still a ton of people shopping and then she followed us around racially profiling us around the store made us feel so uncomfortable and then asked my partner what time it was on his watch to be petty and tell us to leave. no wonder the store is closing…

Highly rated store . Picked up some gifts . The manager Josh was so helpful although the store was very busy. I would visit again and reconmend !! Great staff !!!!

My experience at Forever 21 was beyond shocking and unacceptable. I have never encountered such outright disrespect and incompetence in a store. I came in with a simple issue regarding my order, but instead of helping, the cashier was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked for the manager, she blatantly ignored me, pretending to be on a phone call (I could clearly see her screen—there was no call!). As if that wasn’t enough, another male employee decided to start yelling at me in front of everyone, completely humiliating me.
The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect from these people is truly appalling. It felt like they were going out of their way to make my experience as horrible as possible. People like this have no place working in customer service—or with people at all! I’m still in disbelief over how I was treated. This store is a disgrace. Avoid it at all costs!

Very spacious place, with a lot of variety and the usual prices (regular list prices and offers). On the third floor you will find the best clearance deals!
The service is also great, the girls who serve are very friendly, and, at least in my case, they all spoke Spanish.

I love this store, they always have a lot of cute and varied clothes, the customer service is special, each person is friendly in the store, special thanks to the 2 Miguel, Hilary, Melani and Ronna. They always treat me very well 😊
