Poor customer service. Don't purchase directly. They don't ship the product. I tried to call them and I set a couple of emails and they don't answer. I bought more than $500 in different products and got nothing.

I actually genuinely love Gluteboost products. I tried and noticed results rather quickly. So I decided to buy directly from the source instead of eBay or Amazon. WORST DECISION YET.Paying for expedited shipping was useless, my package is somewhere between their warehouse and USPS. I’ve had a tracking number for days with NO movement. I’ve reached out to support TWICE with NO response. And I got on their subscription so I’m ready to cancel everything. What’s the purpose of buying from the source if you get it faster anywhere else BUT from the source. And then NO COMMUNICATION FROM SUPPORT, LIKE AT ALL??? Completely unhappy with this and knowing that it’s all around their operations of business and not the actual product itself is astonishing.UPDATE: After posting this, I did get a response and my shipment got sent out. They were nice enough to add in items due to my dissatisfaction. Well, I get it and it doesn’t contain my complete order. Missing the protein shake that I ordered. And guess what, I CAN’T GET THEM TO RESPOND AGAIN. ? Emailed 2x again so I’m hoping by updating this they will FIX MY ORDER. I’m so over this.Additional update: No contact, but today I get an email stating I was refunded $12.96 despite paying $49.46 for the product (missing one item that was $49.46). I will continue to reach out, dispute and update until this is FULLY RESOLVED. But at this point, DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECTLY.Date of experience: March 20, 2023

So I ordered my products on February 3rd and the shipping timeline on my order said 5-7 business days. Today is February 17th and I gotta tell you guys , it’s like a scavenger hunt trying to get in contact with these people.So I waited because I understand that delays can happen. On the 10th day I emailed the support team, no response, till this day I have emailed them about 3 times and still no response. I’ve reached out via email, instagram, the site chat feature, and phone number and still no response. I have asked for my money back, nothing.I then decided to google the CEO. Honestly it’s crazy that I have to go this far to try and connect with someone to help me understand why my package has not arrived. I then find the CEO’s husband Renzo who owns an insurance company, and I speak to the front desk and ask to speak to Renzo or his wife. She takes my information and minutes later the CEO from Gluteboost assistant calls me. She was extremely understanding and I explained how much time and how far I had to go to connect with someone. This was on Monday or Tuesday. The assistant told me that they are in back order (which was not stated in the website and I was not given an update via email). So she told me they would be receiving a shipment of products that afternoon and that I should receive my package by Friday with an extra product to make up for the inconvenience. It’s Friday …the “shop” app still shows no update of shipment and I have not received any update from this assistant. I want my money back. Be careful, if you order from this company. You may experience the same issues. I hope someone from the company reads this and refunds me my money. I am tired of waiting . I have ordered from privately owned companies and I never experience this before. I am so over it !Note to everyone: if a company is not taking pride in communicating or providing a level of transparency to their customers, What makes anyone think that their products are actually a clean or safe product to use. What if they are the same with their products as they are with their customer. They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to transparency, communication and consistent service it is non existent. I wouldn’t want to use a product from a company like this!
