Not really good service, the sales floor person was on the phone talking too much, call me a guy when I'm a 6'3 biological woman, then I get asked by another staff member behind a door if I need help when I said loud enough 'no not really.' Because I can't hear myself then the guy decided it was time to get off the phone and try to promote and hover.
Personal take: I don't like being hovered and being chased, I know what I'm looking for which makes me an easy customer and making high purchases, hands down, not my store. It didn't feel welcoming and didn't get to look for the item in question.

When we walked in the cashier looked at us then walked into the employees only room and just hung out there texting. I needed to physically walk back there and ask her to return just to get checked out after waiting for 5 mins. Location was clean and well organized.

I often go to this store, and today an older lady helped me and it was the worst experience I have had in years. Very unpleasant and terrible customer service. I hope to come back and that there will be another person.

The lady (store manager) was so helpful & nice! The store is huge and has so many products. Me & my girlfriend visited the store many times in our vacation and loved the selection of protein bars & energy drinks and communication with the store manager :)

Came to the store at 3:15pm on a Sunday and there was a sign in the window that said "be back in 15min". It is now 3:30pm and still the door is locked and nobody is inside. It's no surprise that these types of stores are struggling and are getting killed by Amazon.

CORPORATE you need to STOP HARASSING CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR PERSONAL INFO!!! you could've scored $50+ but NO LOLthis is the same attitude from TWO DIFFERENT STATES! this time, the staff basically refused to sell because i refused to give my personal info... stupid!

I’m in shock we enter to the store and one old woman approached us with very bad attitude, she even dared to make “suggestions” about my boyfriend’s physical appearance ! She was very rude and she kind of criticized his body. I love GNC and always I buy my products here, but she does need to be fired.
