Helium is a great little store with unique and interesting art and gifts. I was looking for a new journal and found the perfect one. After I left and had walked a block and a half or so away, I realized that I didn't have my sunglasses which had been an unusually large splurge for me. As I stood on the sidewalk, looking through my bag, I noticed the sales person at the shop running toward me with them! I can only assume that as the only one at the store at the time, she had had to act quickly to lock the door and chase me down. I'm incredibly grateful for this kindness. Thank you!!

Classy spot for unique gifts. Selection is varied enough to find something for everyone. Not over priced, but it's not a cheap gift shop. Sales associates are knowledgeable on the merchandise and can help build a story behind each piece to make a gift even more special.

Walked pass the storefront on our way to the beach and fell in love with these cartoon bags and backpacks in the window!! Swung by because I couldn't stop thinking about them and every color combo was so cute but went with the hot pink and navy blue. It was $100 but typical for a boutique type store on ocean Ave - I'm just thrilled because the team member was willing to get me a brand new packaged one from the back. She was incredibly patient and kind and would highly recommend you come through if you can!

Excellent little gift shop with specially curated merchandise in an organized space- akin to a modern museum gift shop. Offers various items from gifts, beautiful craft papers, stationery, artsy toys/puzzles, and everything in between. The super sweet and enthusiastic woman working that day helped me by answering my questions and even double checked something by calling her manager. By going the extra mile far beyond my expectations, I wish I could give this spot more than five stars! (:

Highly recommend. It's a small shop with a large stock of yummy items. I got a holder for cell phone and remote that is useful, attractive and great to live with for $15. The manager was pleasant and patient. I'm delighted to have an excellent local shop to support.

Cute unique store. You feel like you are walking into a small art gallery. Pieces range from $12-hundreds. The gal that works there is very informative and interesting. I picked up some great pieces and so did my friend.
