The people who work at the cashier have terrible service. I went to change some pants that were too big for me, and they treated me very poorly. They didn't even let me see what I wanted. They simply said I could change the size, not the product. Terrible attention. Plus they don't give you bags or carts so you can choose what you need to try on.

I had been shopping there for hours and needed to use the lady's room. However, they told me they did not have one and sent me to the Starbucks at the corner so I left and never came back. I thought by law these stores had to have bathrooms for customers??

This store was terrible today at exactly 9:50 pm the store manager treated us badly and treated us very badly. I bought some sweaters on sale at 6:00 pm and then I went back to buy other colors and they didn't bother me. They gave the discount and I showed him the invoice, the physical sweaters and he still treated us very despotically and badly, I do not recommend this store at all, it is a failure, he has to learn to serve customers and more starting with she is the store manager

The manager who attended today 12/01/2025 is very rude, she does not know how to treat customers, I bought two sweaters on sale and came back for two more for my mother and she did not want to give me the same discount and it was EXACTLY THE SAME. She treated me badly, I do not recommend this store at all, she is the worst manager

This store has the worst service I've ever seen in a H&M store. Was in there shopping yesterday December 4th was waiting in line to pay only one cashier and there was a long line several employees seen it no body would come up and help. At one time four employees stood in back looking and talking, but didn't offer to help at all
Then one employee came up and as she put it rang up a worker who wasn't even working. While the rest of us stood in line
So I will not give H,&M any more of my time or money. Worst service ever

The store is nice, it has clothes at affordable prices. But, you have to look carefully, some clothes have important finishing details (broken), check carefully, the night when we went it was already quite messy. And we also found the promotions policy unclear. For example, they put up 30% off signs on clothes that do not have that discount, be very careful and if in doubt ask first. I leave a photo so you can understand. The cashier is slow and we did not like the service in general.
