Cold Calamari they they took back and just refried the same food. Took 30 mins to get a check after asking 3 separate times. Never coming back.

I want to be fair in my review. Most of the staff were polite and welcoming, and both the owner and the manager personally came to speak with me and apologized, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, my experience with one staff member named Mati was completely unacceptable. The hookah I received was very poor quality, and when I brought this to his attention, he became rude and disrespectful, using inappropriate language toward me. He even told me never to come back, which was shocking and highly unprofessional.
One individual’s behavior shouldn’t reflect the entire establishment, but this interaction significantly impacted my experience. I hope management addresses this issue so no other customer is treated this way.

This place is amazing and i think its due to Bojdan. He is AMAZING. Top-of-the-line hookah, which delivers smooth and rich clouds every time.

I came here solo on a Saturday night and had a great experience. The food, drinks, and hookah were all excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was just right throughout the night. If you're looking for a spot to unwind alone or hang out with friends, this is the perfect spot. I’ll definitely be back!

This is my second time coming to Aura and I haven’t been disappointed! I order a peach and vanilla hookah . One it last , it’s so good , two I never have to worry about coals . Also let me mention that the drinks , the service , the atmosphere is a vibe . It’s always chill and not crowded ! will definitely continue to come here when I am in Miami !!

Really miss the old Books & Books store and restaurant — it was one of the few spots on Lincoln Road that locals actually went to. Now it's been replaced by this hookah bar, which feels like just another overpriced tourist trap.
The drinks are expensive and watered down, the tobacco is overpriced, and the food is mediocre at best. Honestly, I can’t imagine why anyone would want to eat while sitting in a cloud of hookah smoke.
Local Tip: Any place on South Beach with string lights wrapped around the palm trees is usually a red flag — designed to lure in tourists, not serve quality food or drinks.

Had an amazing time at Aura Miami! The hookah was top-tier—smooth, flavorful, and easily one of the best in the city. The service was also exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great hookah lounge in Miami. Definitely coming back!

Everything was bad from start to finish the service was terrible it took well over an hour and a half for us to get a simple order of fries the servers are not atentative at all it did not seem like they cared that we were there whatsoever

Met here for drinks and hookah with a few friends while attending a shadow at the Miami Beach convention center, atmosphere is relaxed and the hookah really nice!
