I went in for a very simple question (made an appointment) because my online tax pro at H&R recommended I go in so I could have someone explain to me in person something I needed help with…woman got her manager and both of them looked at me like I was an idiot and nuisance for bothering them and told me multiple times they were too busy. Meanwhile they wasted more time letting me know how they don’t have time for me and not actually listening to my questions…once the tax pro finally listened to me and pulled up my return she was able to point to what I needed to know on my return and explain it to me simply - took 2 minutes and was all I needed and expected. But come on…I get it’s tax season but this is also my allotted appointment time anyway…you set this time aside so it’s not like I’m wasting your time and in fact if you had listened to me from the beginning and not let it very well known that I was inconveniencing you guys then you would’ve had more time to complete other stuff since I didn’t need to be there for long. Kept saying I should’ve called a specialist even though I kept saying 1)they recommended I come in so someone can show me in person 2) and that I needed someone to show me exactly where things were and how to do it. My lady, Sandra, was very sweet especially once she actually explained things to me and I do appreciate her help but I really disliked how I was first treated ESPECIALLY by the manager! What a rude person. This is listed as a service and I’m a customer not even asking for much. Makes me not want to even use the company anymore for my taxes even though I’ve been using them for years. But I guess sorry for being such an extreme inconvenience who clearly was too stupid to understand anything. I just wanted to make sure I was doing things right this time around since I was left with a lump sump of 8k to the IRS and was a bit panicked about making sure that doesn’t happen again…which I guess isn’t important. Thankfully the place is not out of my way and I eventually got my questions answered but good lord I left feeling very dissatisfied and upset at the treatment so looks like I have to find a new company.

WORSE SERVICE EVER! I created an account and uploaded a lot of documents. One week later, NOTHING!. Now, I called the help center and got a different office asking for documents and information. 4 people calling asking the same and everything is in the web site..... I do not trust on the service and I do not trust on the basics offered and the way to do the work... no guidance, no helping and only confusion ......BAD!Miami, Florida
