I travel frequently for work and use coworking spaces all across the country, and Industrious Miami Beach stands out as one of the very best. The space is always clean, comfortable, and stocked with great food and coffee, but what truly makes this location exceptional is the host, Fabianna. She has a way of making the space feel both professional and welcoming at the same time. She’s attentive, resourceful, and genuinely cares about creating an environment where people can focus and thrive. Whether it’s checking in to make sure everything is running smoothly, anticipating what members might need, or adding small thoughtful touches throughout the day, her energy and dedication elevate the entire experience. Because of her, this Industrious doesn’t just feel like a place to work—it feels like a place you actually want to come back to every day.

My team has been working from the Industrious office on Lincoln Road for the past month, and it has been a wonderful experience. From the delicious breakfast served every day to the private booths for Zoom calls and the amazing, attentive staff who are on top of every request and issue, everything has exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend the offices to anyone needing a beautiful workspace.

This place is brilliant! The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They provide lots of free food, snacks and drinks, as well as other perks. The space is really big - set across 3 floors - meaning there is ample space for private calls and meetings. It's never overcrowded, and is a lovely setting to work at. I highly recommend it

I worked here this week. I've worked at a ton of coworking spaces all over the place and never had an experience like this. Fabianna & Ronney are both super nice, genuine people who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable day one. Thanks guys! Hopefully I'll be back!

Not ideal.
I booked a 6 month lease last year with the office manager Hanna.
It was a simple, chill place. Some of the people were friendly. Some were not.
It frequently has fire alarms go off. Often the elevator will be out - sometimes for days and weeks. When there is heavy rain sometimes the ground floor will be flooded.
The building has 4 floors, and only three floors offered for rent. The vacancy rate is quite high.
At the end of that 6 month lease Hanna notified me that it would go to a month to month arrangement and require 30 days notice.
For some reason, Hanna was let go, and a new manager came in. There were many changes that came along with this.
Restrictions on access to conference rooms, putting them behind lock and key, declined the quality of the lease. It used be common for people who worked late at night to make coffee using the machines. The new manager put the coffee strainers behind lock and key. This lowered the quality of the lease.
The new manager and created an environment that caused others to leave on bad terms. There used to be open mics and cultural events in the evenings but that has stopped.
When I advised that I was giving notice to vacate, the manager said I had signed a six month renewal. I had never signed such a thing. Then the manager raised the rate on the lease I had already given notice on. This issue has changed a bad experience to one I cannot recommend to anyone. They say you renewed your contract and raise prices when you never signed anything.
It seems like they are under pressure to retain clients and raise prices and cut amenities, and this makes their offering less and less worth the price.
I do not recommend this facility. The building is old and has frequent issues. The manager running the place is not up to the task of creating a hospitable environment or retaining leases.

Industrious South Beach is a fantastic coworking space—beautifully designed, modern, and functional. The aesthetics are top-notch, with plenty of natural light and thoughtfully arranged workspaces. The coworking desks are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to stay productive. Plus, the free coffee and snacks are a great perk!
The staff is friendly and helpful, and their employee Fabianna ensured everything ran smoothly during my visit and was super helpful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a premium coworking experience in Miami!

Industrious has been our temporary office for the last 7 months. The team has been so helpful and accommodating of all of our needs. Thank you Fabianna and Yiorgos for your top notch hospitality. We will miss the space when we move to our permanent office.

Stole money from my account and doesn’t respond to my messages and calls.
Please don’t even think of working with them. They’re basically scam and fraud.

The office spaces are located in an old building in a bad area of Miami Beach, surrounded by many homeless and drug-addicted people. There’s no nearby parking, only a super expensive private parking option that costs $25-$40 for every 6+ hours and is a 5-minute walk away. It’s also difficult to get food delivery because there’s no place for cars to stop or any public parking around.
The salesperson tricked me into signing a 1-year contract, claiming over the phone that the space was fully occupied and that this was the last available office. Unfortunately, I fell for it. I’ve been in a private office for 5 months now, and the place is only about 50% occupied with high turnover. I tried to get out of the contract but was told there’s no way out other than staying for the reminder of the contract.
Be cautious with this place, and don’t believe the salesperson—this place is practically empty.

Came here after the WeWork location in SoBe closed down. Not nearly as clean as WeWork locations and the communal space is rather small (and dark). Elevator was out of service for a few weeks, then the water machine… Really wanted to love it, but I can’t recommend it.
