I went in there and other day and the selection of jewelry was so pretty! Not to mention how kind the employees were, there was this one employee- Maddie. She seemed to know SO MUCH about everything and helped me pick out some great pieces! SERIOUSLY someone give her a raise.

My wife and I were staying at the W hotel in South Beach and were happy to see Jennifer Miller Jewelry there! We have shopped with them in East Hampton and my wife loves their jewelry and clothing. They have the best staff with outstanding customer service. Highly recommend it!

Many thanks to Semaj Carr, assistant manager! She went out of her way to make sure the birthday gift I purchased over the phone was sealed and delivered with perfection to my daughter's hotel room in South Beach, Miami. Semaj was accommodating from beginning to end. She emailed me several items in her store based on my ideas as well as the Jennifer Miller website. After I made my purchase, she emailed me to let me know the gift (& other goodies courtesy of the hotel) were delivered. My daughter loved the gift, wide hoop earrings. Five stars for the earrings and 5 stars for Semaj Carr!

Couldn't have been happier with my experience at this store in the W Miami. I got the most beautiful star earrings and a very sparkly bracelet. A little bit after I got them a little part fell off of the bracelet. I emailed the store and they were on it, sent me a pre-paid envelope, got it fixed and had it back to me within a week. Now THAT'S customer service! Thanks so much!

After shopping at her stores both in NY and Miami, I would never step foot in her place of business. Just as Covid started, I bought one side of an earring for my 2nd hole and my ear blew up, I was able to handle it w some home remedy, after a month, I wore it on my other ear and the same thing. I call the manger who said she had no complaints and couldn't understand why. I wear costume jewelry all the time and had no issues. So I lost $140. And will I am done w that store! She lost more by losing me as a client. Penny wise and pound foolish! If you have a vendor, that vendor should take it back, JM only loses $70 of markup which I paid and should have taken it back. I had a salon in Manhattan for 30yrs and was always a pleaser to accommodate my clients. Sometimes you lose a profit of $70. But gain a whole more by being nice., I will never step foot at your place of business
