It’s cute and all but there are no public bathrooms. I’m not gonna buy anything just so I can pee. Lots of stores but you can find the majority of them at an actual mall that has better amenities. Was there for 10 min and left.

!! Beware of BH Properties !! Over the past 2.5 years in Miami Beach, I have encountered significant challenges with BH Properties. Despite their claims of giving back to the community, their practices have caused considerable difficulties. Their employees, Ms. Marte and Mr. Bustillo, entered my restaurant without authorization, disrupting operations and creating a stressful business environment. Additionally, there are concerns about poor management practices, undue hardship for tenants, and slow maintenance responses. Their financial ability in the short term is questionable based on their strategy and practices. Proceed with caution if considering their properties, and even more so if you are an investor or lender.

Llegue para conocer el lugar y al ingresar al segundo piso para comprar una bebida para esperar a un grupo de amigos, la persona encargada de la toma de los tickets me dijo que únicamente podia esperar y comprar bebidas si adquiría el boleto de entrada inmediatamente. Pésimo servicio. Fuimos a un lugar con mayor empatía y mejor servicio!

The biggest brand stores are there! You have to be willing to look at everything because there are so many options for those who want to go shopping. There are also really cool bars and restaurants along the entire avenue.
