I went into this store looking for a very specific pair of shorts and Tatiana went above and beyond to help me locate them. If you are in this area and are deciding which store to go to, I can tell you that Tatiana gave me customer service far beyond other locations that I’ve been to, and I have been to many.

I love this location because it’s big and very well located , you can go shopping then walk around and grab a bite to eat. They always have good stock in and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can find a variety of options at the sale rack & they offer free hemming service.

Conveniently located on Lincoln road in South Beach, Lululemon is my go to spot for workout gear. The apparel always fits perfectly, they offer complimentary hemming, a great recycle program and reasonable(ish) prices. Their clothing lasts forever and it's comfortable! The staff is helpful at this location and the store is always neat, clean but often out of sizes - I imagine so because it's consistently busy.
Highly recommend checking it out!

The worst experience in this Lululemon store. Love the clothes, but the people here are not at par with the brand - and this becomes a brand issue. Got hemming work ordered on trousers I purchased over 10 days ago. When I bought them, they did not tell me it was going to take 3-5 BDs, but OK. Went back after 5 days, and the manager told me that they were just picked up (so it was going to take longer). Went back today, and they told me that they needed to measure the trousers again because they did it wrong the first time. Never cared to call me or notify... you just find out after driving for 30min to the store. Back at stage zero. Will never buy from this brand again.

What a negative experience at the Lululemon store on Lincoln Road with the store manager named Nelly. My encounter with Nelly was disappointing as it seemed she did not prioritize customer satisfaction or provide the level of service expected from a store manager. It is concerning that she was not accommodating when you raised concerns about the defective products I have purchased. The fact that the items were received as gifts and not on file made it challenging for her to process a return according to the store's policy that was changed 4 months ago. Most important when those items were purchased they were $78 for each shirt. Defective now and now they change the policy...
It's unfortunate that I met with unhelpfulness and unfriendliness during my visit, especially when dealing with defective products that did not meet my expectations. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any retail experience, and it's disappointing to hear that Nelly's behavior did not reflect this standard.

The place was very nice and organized. I want to leave this review for the guy greeting at the door on 12/26 at around 6:15pm. Such a nice guy!! So welcoming and with such a nice smile!! Great customer service!
