Very irresponsible! They promise one price and then charge another. We decided to trust this company to purchase a family plan and then they charged us a different price than promised. A lack of respect. Employees alone without a manager, having to call her on the phone to resolve the problem. A shame!

A total lack of respect. A month ago we decided to buy a family plan, which promised a price per person, but when we returned they raised the price even though they had sold us another one. They didn't offer us any solution, they didn't want to take charge and they didn't give us anyone we could talk to. Terrible experience

It is very painful to see how they deceive the customer in order to make a sale of a service. If there were less than one star ⭐ I would give it, I think by giving it one star I am giving it a lot.

I had a terrible experience with this manager. I bought a phone for a company, but before leaving the store, I was asked to return the phone as the company wanted to open the account under their name. Despite spending $345, the manager only offered to refund $65, claiming the phone was already activated. However, the receipt tells a different story. The company has a 30-day return policy that the manager refused to honor.
He also refuse to speak with customers service and was very rude! He turned the music up while I was trying to get get customer service to sort it out. However!!! It was never resolved!!!

I went to that store and a representative told me that today was my day that he was going to sell me an iPhone for $700, that I had to buy it first and that he was going to give me a deal of $50 a month but that I couldn't say anything that everything was quiet, he wanted to intimidate me, that I had to go the next day to put him in my number but he told me to keep quiet, everything seemed very suspicious to me and I went to the Indian creek store where the Girl told me the real prices and everything in detail. I feel liberated thanks to the Girl from Indian Creek because that man had me very stressed. I appreciate you taking action on the matter.

Totally horrible customer service by the manager who stated his name was Steve. Like how can you say people are holding you back from your work if customer service is part of your work. Please have a transparent return policy and not one that a manager or employee can adjust then the employees would be able to state what the return policy is clearly.

Run by insensitive, condescending little boys. I came in to pay to activate a new phone, expressed to them that I am 39 weeks pregnant and if I can please use the restroom. Bryan the manager said no because “he doesn’t make the rules.” William the guy who helped me was saying condescending things like “oh that must be so hard” and stuff like that. They were almost laughing at me. It was horrible. I left. I cried. And thankfully my phone works, but I will be switching cell phone providers.

They charge what they want depending on the face. They told me that activating the sim cost 42 USD and then they charged me 47 USD. They tore up the bill and then told me that the extra 5 were for each time I was going to pay there without notifying me beforehand. I don't recommend that you go.
