This place sucks. Employees are incompetent and can barely understand what they reading. No help with activating new phones, overpriced SIM cards. SCAM!

I was there yesterday to replace my damaged phone. Paid close to $475 for everything. I told the the lady helping me that I wanted to upgrade my phone. She said sure. Then she told me I'd have a temporary number for 3 days and it would go back to my old number. I was cool until I got a text saying my bill went from $135 to $200. So I went to a metro pcs here in GA where I live. Come to find out they were only supposed to charge me $50 for the upgrade. And she added assessiries that I didn't know I was paying for. Which was a speaker and some type of outlet told me this is for you. And it's a promotion. Turns out that metro doesn't give out temporary numbers. I tried to cancel the line but I can't until the 18th. I also told her I was flying back to GA. Turns out I got to return all this to the same store. And I'm in Atlanta. Spent over 8 hrs trying to correct this and it's still not right. I'm having so many issues right now. And I'm frustrated so I know I'm leaving some things out. I tried to call the store and no one answers.

Terrible service and employee TOMAS stealing money from the customers. Went there in order to transfer my regular SIM to eSIM after I bought the new iPhone 14 Pro. Ended up being charged the fee and a pop socket which I never wanted and never received. Called my friend to check what this is, we went back to the store together and this Tomas fella lied to us that this is the system charge. He dared to say that. I called the Customer Service Center and explain the situation where they of course said there is no popsocket charge. This guy probably wanted to get it for himself and stole it from people who do not speak fluent English. When faced with the truth, he refunded $10. No sorry, no nothing from Tomas. He should be ashamed, and fired immediately. Stay away.

STAY AWAY. Sketchy employees want phone accessories for himself, but charge it to unknowing customers. TOMAS was the case today. He even lied about this being a system charge. Be careful and double-check your receipts before you leave.

I went to Metro by T-Mobile in Miami Beach to look into getting a new phone. I wasn't sure if I'd upgrade to a new phone that day when I went into the store. I was considering changing from my 4G phone to a 5G phone. The day I went the store manager Carlos was there and he was able to answer many questions and tell me what phones were available for me as a new customer porting my phone number in from another cell provider.I do now have a new Samsung Galaxy cell phone that's 5G that I got in August of 2021. After so many months I thought I'd leave a review. And this Samsung Galaxy seems to have many similar features of the higher priced Galaxy S22 has. As well, the 5G service is flawless! I'm so happy I listened to everything Carlos suggested and his advice really paid off.As a new customer to Metro by T-Mobile I was very concerned how the service would be and whether the phone would be of good quality. Everything has been outstanding and beyond my expectations!On top of getting a brand new 5G phone that has a great amount of storage and such awesome megapixels in the front facing camera and rear facing camera as well I love the new Android 11 on this phone! It's much better than what was on my old phone! The apps work even faster and better as well! My 4G cell was only 2 years old at the time.Since I got my cell phone back in August 2021 I've been referring all of my friends and family to go to this Metro by T-Mobile store because I've been so happy with the outcome!I'm not a person that generally leaves reviews but I realized how much I'm enjoying this phone after so many months and I thought it would be nice to leave a review about how good the Metro by T-Mobile services are, the brand new phone is and of course what a wonderful store manager Carlos is.I hope my review helps some people that are on the fence trying to decide whether to go to this cell phone store.My entire experience definitely deserves all 5 stars!The bottom line I feel out of all the cell phone stores I've gone to Carlos has helped me more than anybody in Miami. He helped me set up my new phone and everything was working so wonderfully on the 1st day! It is great to have a smart person know so much with tech support when getting a new cell phone. I haven't found that to be the case at any of my former cell phone providers. All I can say to sum it up is Carlos is a real gentleman and a scholar!Thanks again Carlos and Metro by T-Mobile!

Excellent. Carlos was my clerk. I had 2 issues w/ my phone that I wanted to resolve. Carlos, after I explained the issues to him, went right into my phone and proceeded to fix them. And he did.I have been with Metro for over 20 years. Carlos performance and knowledgemade me very pleased. I will continue to visit and solve my MetroPcs issues at Washington Ave and 7 st. Good job Carlos...

Needed to see if my Metro PCS phone could be fixed after it got wet, and Carlos suggested that I put it in rice. That dried up the liquid inside, but it was damaged beyond repair. I came back a couple of days later, and Carlos was unavailable, but Mario helped me pick out a replacement and got me up and running pronto. Very professional and knowledgeable employees.
