Could at least one employee on duty be bilingual / speak at least enough English to help us? My family and I do not know how to speak Spanish and when we come here, we have to use Google translate for help. It's very hard to communicate as they really don't speak but very few words in English 😕
My mom went by herself and couldn't get help ... She doesn't know how to use Google translate. Had to go to a different store 👎🏻

Horrible customer service today it was 2 people haven’t seen before guy had red hair and another girl they did not know what they where doing buddy was throwing my new phone around like if it was his thank god he did not scratch it also it was some simple as changing the line to the new phone he put the old sim card and he block it and than wanted to blame the new phone that it did not work but he ended trying a new sim and magic it work they need more training no work ethic
