very bad, all the drying machines are bad, they put a lot of coins in and they don't dry well, apart from the cashier she has a very ugly character

Machine will take your coins and not actually work on the dryers, wasted like .50 cents last time .. not big deal… it is… only 5min a quarter… so every quarter is really essential…but it’s the fact I come back at 8:55 pm today and they say they are closed… I can obviously read and the sign on door says “9:30 last wash” so why are you already closed??? Of course no English and the girl working just keeps telling me to come tomorrow. Years ago when I came here had discriminatory behavior from staff that made me not want to come… do better… your Apple Maps say 10pm close, and google says 11. And door says last wash 9:30.. so make it make sense. Wasting people times and money!!!

I understand that Miami has a huge spanish speaking community. But English speaking is just as big. The woman in charge is barely able to speak English and is quite rude. Just don't go here. There is airco and per washing cycle of 25min you pay 3.75usd. Dryer is 25c per 5min.
If you must. There is a parking spot around the corner that is quite cheap.
The place, at the moment, is a bit dirty and there are some very weird and customer unfriendly rules on the building.

Worst place ever. Closes early when they want to and they didn’t have my dry cleaning ready. The man in charge named Alex said he would have it next time for free and he still charged me.

I recommend NEVER COME. The lady does not know how to communicate or resolve any concerns. The coin machine turned off when I was putting in the money, it accepted my bill and didn't give me any coins back.
I mention this to the lady and she tells me that that couldn't have happened and begins to argue with me and insinuate that I am lying to her.
Clearly he didn't give me the coins back and still argued. The incompetence is enormous, it is not the first time I have received bad treatment from this person.

Detergent $1. $3.75 for smallest machine, at time of this review. Aircon. 7am to 11pm. Decent amount of water in machine, see photo. Wash cycle is pretty short, so don't expect your shirt collars to get clean, but that's kind of standard for laundromat anyway. Citibike park right next door. The only thing I would call out as unusual is that they have a big sign saying that if you leave the laundromat whilst your clothes are washing, they will stop your machine, and take your clothes out. What??? What is the possible reason for such a rule. Means you're stuck in here for like the entire hour of washing and drying.

Visiting from Oregon! Chose this location to it’s proximity to our hotel. For the most part clean and bathroom available. Busy place. We had a minor issue with the laundry attendant. One of our washers did not start. She asked if we had paid and wasn’t convinced after asking 3 times. By then I was a bit insulted since she had refused to refund. I asked her to check the cameras and then refund our money. It is unacceptable to expect us to keep paying for a service not provided. She then called someone and the machine was fixed by pressing maybe a restart button and no extra money was needed. Would use again.

If you want someone to be as rude as possible to you, then this is your place! I was very polite to the female person working the place and she could have been ruder. The most angry, condescending person who should not be in charge of any customer interactions.

I always came to wash here but in the afternoon and today Sunday I came in the morning and the lady who is in charge is very rude all the time she fights and today she decided to grab me and I put her in her place they must be more tactful when they treat to the client, people come here to wash because of the need that lady is unbearable

This place is ridiculous. They decide to close two hours early without notice. The ladies that work there are rude and have no sense of costumer service, the coin machine never works the one called Maria determines how many quarters she gives you and won’t give you any more. Tonight the rudest woman working there. Do not come to this place, they don’t deserve a single star. Complained with the manager, and he could care less.
