I like the convenience of having a gym walking distance to my home , I reject very much traffic but I just must make it a. point to go to LA Fitness where there are decent machines , crystal fitness is convenience but the machines are pitiful old and some are scary looking, the place lacks a lot and im very sorry to say this because the person in charge is very cool has nothing to do with the conditions of those equipments .I shall continue to go until I get disciplined and wake up early and beat the traffic to go to la fitness and btw la fitness is not the best either I just came from New York and Esporta is really the best gym there is to me 5 years there you can't blame me that I got spoiled with those state of the art top of the line equipment clubSo sorry Crystal fitness, but I'm happy you are there for me. ?

Honestly, it is an expensive gym for the service and quality of machines it offers, but it even has many problems with the opening hours in the mornings, it says it opens at 8 AM on weekdays and the dark-haired man who usually opens comes when he feels like it, for example Right now, December 8th is arriving at 8:20 am, the commitment is void.

Worst front desk staff on planet earth. The most ignorant horrible uneducated people in Miami Beach. Got a pregnant lady working behind the counter who is the most anti social, rude uneducated person you will ever deal with that can't as much as say hello or respond. Zero english and run this hell hole like a maximum security prison and the trash old beaten up equipment is broke half the time. This place sucks beyond belief!!!! GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE!!!!!

The pool isn’t heated but after this sunny summer it doesn’t matter it’s very quiet and if my insurance never told me about this place I would have never known

Worst gym ever. Hours are 8am-8pm, and weekends 8am-12pm?! Ha! Such a joke. Used to be 6am-10pm. Everything is broken. Been complaining for years, but recently stopped paying and am going elsewhere now. Loved It for the convenience, but since the hours changed, it’s impossible to work out here in a crowded gym where everything is broken and missing. AVOID AVOID AVOID. rude staff, super dirty, and just old and broken down. It used to be great for a neighborhood gym at $35 a month. Now they want almost $60, with ridiculously d*** hours, rude staff, and an owner who couldn’t care less if someone died on the uneven floors or broken machines. Hate this place so much now.

Worst gym in Miami Beach. Yea it’s cheap, and so is everything about It. Missing weights. Broken machines. Uneven floors. DIRTY. Everything about this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Rude staff. Let’s not even start about the hours. Which have diminished since covid. What gym opens at 8 and closes at 8? And on the weekend .. 8-2? Please don’t say you don’t have enough foot traffic because it’s PACKED every time I’ve been. This place is ancient. Owner could easily take a loan to invest in updating this place and he could make a killing. He also keeps deleting my reviews. This could be the best gym in north beach, but it’s not… AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to treasure drive fitness, for $50 (cheaper than crystal) no contract , OPEN 24/7!!

This is a message to the people in charge of this place, the equipment needs some attention, the cable pullup machine has been broken for months, the are many dumbbells missing and the dark skinned Cuban guy at the front desk is extremely rude, he has no respect for his customers completely unprofessional. Somebody needs to step up and address these issues.

Crystal Beach Fitness is the neighborhood gym. This gym is located on the beach side of Collins Ave inside The Crystal Beach Suites Hotel and it's water front. Everyone is really nice and most people know each other. Although it's not a big boxed gym, it is a complete gym which means it has everything you need. Also, since it's located in a hotel, you have access to the pool and private beach. There are lockers and showers, big windows facing the beach and cathedral ceiling. The membership ranges anywhere from $30+tax to $50+tax month to month without contract. Basically you pay for the month you're going to use and it's not required to leave your credit card information. They also charge $10 for the day and $25+tax for one week. In my opinion, they offer unbeatable prices compared to any other health club in South Florida (With a pool and beach front). I hope you find my review helpful.

This place right here! Erica, Brenda and the staff are amazing. If Erica sees you're struggling, she comes quick with a shot of Collada and some motivational words! I've never felt so welcome in a gym. This place made a huge turn-around by hiring them - Top notch.

For the price and close to home, it has what I need for a quick 30 min leg work out. Nothing fancy or chic.
