Ok...second CVS that denied the use of restrooms today ....is almost like the only request from employer is to be a d head ...talking about the CVS in general very rude staff....definitely will not visit them for the rest of my staying

I check in at 12pm for quick Covid test and this place was not busy at all . She couldn’t take me stating that my appointment is at 3:30pm and they are going to a break . Come on !!Don’t waist your time coming here !

Do not go here. Another Minute clinic said I had an abscess and needed it drained. the NP here said just needed another round of the same antibiotic that had failed twice before. she also insisted on drawing lab. the results would not come back until the next day and would have no impact on treatment. I just got the bill for the lab. $950 for lab that was completely wasted. Ridiculous.

WORST SERVICE EVER! My girlfriend did a test, the previous nurse gave her an appointment that they did not want to respect, they saw her 1 hour later and the nurse Shordinka I think it was her name was EXTREMELY RUDE! DO NOT GO THERE you will waste your time and patience.

Rude person at minute clinic. Came in at 3:40. She didn’t even look at us, had her back to us, and said they close at 4. Their hours clearly say they close at 4:30. She said an appt was required. It clearly is a walk in minute clinic. Awful person.

Don’t bother going here. NP spent 25 minutes with her back to my daughter and about 3 minutes examining her. She advised me to giver her Gatorade for sun poisoning.Waste of an entire day.Go somewhere else.

In one visit they did not correctly contact my insurance and sent me the payment either way, without checking. My insurance contacted them and they realized they were wrong and hung up the call on our faces. This is so unprofessional and people that don't dispute claims like that get played because all that they want is your money. They don't care about their patients. Only about your money. Never returning to Minute Clinic again.

My husband and I were on vacation and had some trouble when the ocean got choppy! I got water stuck in my ear which caused me to not be able to hear and my husband messed up his back and needed X-Rays. The staff at the MinuteClinic were very helpful and quick to see us. I call them my "heroes" for saving my vacation. I'm glad I found this place!

To add to the first review the doctor charges you and the insurance and then referrers you somewhere else . This is true she did this twice to me and people work hard for there money . She’s super lazy

Total waste of time. The person who works here is unqualified I'm not even sure if she's a doctor. She took a look at my issues and said she did not know what it was / what medicine to prescribe. She then went on to charge my insurance and copay. She referred me to another urgent care which she had written down which tells me she does this a lot. When people go to a doctor they expect the service to be completed with a diagnosis and prescription. Unprofessional and not qualified to be taking patients

Loved this minute clinic. Was so incredibly sick on vacation and they made it so simple. Yasmin Jemal, NP was kind, fast and efficient. Got my meds and left relieved!! THANK YOU.

Terrible customer service. No one will open the 2 doors. The pharmacist is no help either. It's like you are bothering them. They do however ask for a credit card when you register. The wait time was 3 hours and 55 min. at the store. When you call the 800 number it says they are closed. Go to an Urgent Care and not a Minute Clinic.
