this is a very popular location that never have carts or baskets -- was told that the homeless had taken them regardless it makes it very hard to get anything other than a few items. The line at the pharmacy always takes forever. it's not 24 hours if they are closed from 12 PM to 2 PM. even the photo department takes a while to get an assistant to help. certainly doesn't feel like the employees fault, because they are all very pleasant when you finally get in contact with one.

The staff could not speak English. I asked for pretzels, and they couldn't understand me, even though it's the same word in Spanish.

We needed things for the room. Weird thing about MiamiBeach is that we could not buy alcoholic beverages at nine am due to some law. Ok. But I think we could buy it at I love Liquor per the concierge at our hotel at 9 am. The law states no alcohol could be sold before ten am. Ok. But besides that the CVS was exceptional. The staff was very courteous in explaining the law and the facility was clean.

Really big one-story CVS located in the busy, tourist thoroughfare of Lincoln Lane. Things are well organized inside with a large cosmetic section, and had anything that you might have forgotten on your trip. Like all non-Target CVSs, they are part of the CVS loyalty program and you can get some good deals if you are a part of it.

This is by far the most touristy CVS you'll ever go to. They do have a lot of beach options because it's a block away from the beach. Pretty crowded and very touristy filled with a lot of foreign tourists

Let me start off by saying this review is based solely on my opinion and my opinion alone!. This store was conveniently located a block over from the hotel we were staying at so it worked out great!!.. I've been in a lot of CVS locations but this one was like a SUPER CVS because they had almost everything you needed ( or wanted ) from beach items, to household products to grocery foods, etc etc!. I would definitely return and recommend this store if you're in Miami..

I asked if they had availability for Covid vaccines and the Pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude to me. I used to go to CVS in Massachusetts and never got treated like this

Clean store for it being by the beach, several checkout lanes that you can scan and I believe 3 cashiers in total. They had a great Voss sale and we purchase 59 cents bottles, can't go wrong with that! Great place to pick up cold water or beers before your trip to the beach

The female security guard is terrible. Not even in the store for 30 seconds before getting cursed and threatened. Completely killed my vibe. Hope she doesn't have a gun with anger issues like that.

Love this location, fast, easy, friendly service, and always willing to help. No issues transferring from different locations and they always are willing to explain the medication!

Location on 983 Washintong Ave. Miami Beach. FL. I have been living in the neighborhood for over 10 years and am very happy to have that CVS across the street from me. I have been a regular, loyal customer since the day it opened. I went yesterday, with my own shopping bag, as usual (since I am reducing my use of plastic). Got myself a few items, went to the cashier, paid and left. I noticed police officers at the door while I was leaving but didn't pay more attention to it. Walking back home, I decide to turn around to make a quick stop at the ATM, the bank of America being right across the CVS. I am finally on my way home, when, to my surprise, 2 police cars are waiting for me in the parking of the bank! The 2 police officers then tell me that there was an incident at the CVS and that the manager MARIVY had called them to report a theft! And had told them I might be stealing from the store, there was obviously no proof of such a vicious accusation but she still told them that she would rather me not to go there anymore!!!! I am livid! Flabbergasted! How dare she? This is so disrespectful and uncalled for! A total defamation. I called the headquarter, an investigation is in process. Waiting for their call back. I will take this kind of discrimination and accusation as far as possible. This is unacceptable!!!

Rude and condescending manager. I went in to return a defective item that I purchased less then 30 minutes previous. I walked with my cvs bag in hand the manager looked at me and immediately tried to walk away. I stopped him and said my item was broken and I needed a refund to buy another one. He said without hesitation in a very thick Spanish accent, go up customer service man! And shooed me away. I then responded with where customer service? Other man! Mine you I speak perfect Spanish and he spoke Spanish to everyone around but me. I then I'm not your man I'm SIR AND DONT YOU EVER SPEAK TO ME WITH DISRESPECT AGAIN. I've never been spoken to in such a disrespectful and demeaning way. Frankly it shocked me since everyone in Miami south beach have been great. Not sure the managers man but he's a Spanish male name starts with a d or s.

I was very pleasantly surprised during my visit to this CVS! The pharmacy was just wonderful. The tech who assisted me was extremely helpful and even helped me find a coupon for my medicine. While picking up my Rx, I needed to get a few hair products and was very pleased with the assortment. While slightly more expensive than Target, the selection was just as good. Overall, this was a great experience!!!

Cvs is cvs, they are all the same. The one thing that sticks out for me is the smell. It smells like mold. I'm not sure if that's the theme out here In Miami Beach as far as businesses go but I think it's unacceptable. Especially for a place like cvs. Im eating my ice cream and it smells like mold. Like that's nasty. Plus the ceiling is exposed is that acceptable? I'm I tripping out?
