“They are a broker so they outsource the job. My experience was good but it could have been great if they had communicated a bit better. They should have asked an itemized furniture list from me instead of just asking for some of the things I had since what mattered in the end was the cubic feet.One other thing that is in the contract but they do not tell you is that when the movers pickup and deliver your furniture the FIRST 50 feet (walking distance from truck to your house entrance and vice-versa) is free, after that they charge $75 for each 50 feet they have to walk. If I knew that beforehand I would have easily have everything ready downstairs.However, their customer service is actually very good and after everything was delivered they refunded me for a few things and everything was sorted out. I would use this company again even though there were some small hiccups.”
