I had a terrific experience. Dominic & Gabriella (?) were super helpful and accommodating. The car type I had selected (a convertible) was there waiting for me in great shape. Check-in was very fast and efficient.

Jay was really polite and professional. It only took a minute to get my car, and I was out!! I can't speak of the drop-off as I returned to Key West INTL, but I would definitely rent from them again. Thanks!

Dropped off a car here before a cruise. On the drop off there was only one parking spot open so I used it. Gave the keys to the lady in the office and was off, or so I thought. I got back to the car to gather my family to find a security guard yelling at my wife to move the vehicle. I explained that we cannot move it as we no longer have the keys. I had to go back into the office and the lady there assured me they would move it quickly. We ended up walking away from the angry guard and taking a Lyft to the port. Upon getting back, I had several missed calls, emails and a certified letter saying I didn't return the car. I replied with the drop off story and was told not to worry and that everything was okay. My guess is they lost the car, figured I stole it and then found it a day or so later.I love National but this location is sketchy.

I’ve returned a car on Monday February 24th and accidentally forgot my IPad mini 3 on the floor of the front seat. I called the next morning and gave every detail, I am still waiting. The claim number is 34892021. We called a million times now, still no answers. I can tell exactly who was there when I left the car. So, I will start searching till I find him. The update is that the IPad was turned on in Dominican Republic, so that’s where it ended up from the car we rented.

Don't give these people a penny of your money. Waited an hour in line only to be told they did not have the car we booked, even though the system allowed the booking. We agreed to take a different class of car instead so the guy goes to the back for 30 minutes while the line grows outside. Comes back then refuses to honor the price quoted online for that class of car. Other people in line were also complaining about the various ways they are being screwed over or the extremely long wait. If you want to be treated fairly, respectfully and ethically don't come here.

Clean car, nice staff, took maybe 5-8 minutes once I was inside. Agent took good care of me. Would rent again here.

I been renting with National for yrs. Every 3 weeks on average as I travel nationally. I had a rental car keyed at a mall in Miami. They wanted $1022.00 for the damage. I had no idea it had been damaged until I returned it. After several discussions with the claims Dept they said " National Wants The Repairs Paid For". Today I paid it. Then I deleted my National App on my IPhone and went with Avis. Now Avis will get my business every 3 weeks instead of National. I guess National, with over half their fleets removed from airports due to Covid thought grabbing a thousand bucks to end a long term customer relationship was good business. Granted I bet every rental company would make the same move. But that won't stop me from leaving them.

We arrived early for our car reservation but there was an extremely long line outside. We waited for about 2 hours to finally get helped and ultimately did not get the vehicle we reserved. It would have been nice to get some reassurance from staff for the wait, but numerous staff members were very short and not willing to explain what was going on. This took a big chunk out of our day for our vacation.We are also executive members and there were no benefits available to us at this branch. If you are needing to get going fast I would not recommend this location.

Absolutely terrible. When you arrive you have to stand on the sidewalk for 30min before they let you in. Then they have very little cars actually available.. and act like it is a joke that you want a premium car. Employee had a serious attitude and was rude. Place is also dirty.

Stood in line for over an hour then canceled our rental and took an Uber back to Avis at the airport. Residents living in the apartment building across the street came over to warn us that the owner of this National location is notorious for having long lines and poor customer service.

Horrible experience. Had to wait 3hours in line to pick up my car. When I returned it a day earlier than my initial reservation, they told me to drop the key in the drop box. There was only one person in the branch. It’s now been 24 hours and they still haven’t processed my return. I hope they don’t charge for an extra day. I tried calling National and they can’t help. They don’t even have a correct phone number for this branch, so there is no way for me to reach the branch. I googled and found a phone number. Left messages and called a dozen times, nobody is picking up the phone even though they are there. Still no resolution and nobody at National is helping. I am no longer renting from National after being a loyal customer for 20 years and being Executive for the last 5 years. Switching to Avis.

Only renting from airport locations from now on!
