We needed new slides and wanted to look around to see what else we might find. The store is beautifully arranged and offers a wide selection of different items. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and you really feel comfortable as a customer. We were assisted by Jordan, who gave us excellent advice. He’s super nice and very helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

Needed to get some shoes real quick! This is a large store, but the selection of shoes were limited. A little disappointing, but I was able to find a pair of what I needed.

Terrible service, we had someone get sneakers for my bf and they grabbed them, left it on the counter and didn’t give it to us. We had to get it ourselves like an idiot since we were waiting there, then when we were at the counter they said they weren’t open so some lady with a mask waved us down and she was rude, threw her phone at my boyfriend without explaining why and expected him To just put in his email. No hi or anything, we will not be back

After leaving Apple store nearby on Lincoln rd and having a horrible experience, I decided to buy a pair of sneakers at this Nike Store and I was pleasantly surprised that the sneakers were great, expensive but better than what I had tried in other stores and the staff really seemed to care about helping me. Helped me find a pair that fit and helped me get a discount by joining the app on my phone. So I highly recommend that store.

I went in to exchange a pair of shoes and ended up keeping them, and adding two more! Matthew was fantastic: super friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. He made the whole process seamless and provided outstanding customer service. Such a positive experience at the Lincoln Rd, Miami Beach store. Highly recommend and thank you, Matthew!
