The service that I received from Jerry at the printing desk was absolutely above and beyond! He spent over TWO HOURS (while serving all the other customers) solving my tech crisis and in the end didn't change me a penny. I'm grateful that I live close by because I'll never go anywhere else for my printing/tech needs!

The worker named Sho is deplorable. This "person" is rude, shiftless and lazy. Sho came in 10 minutes earlier and already had an attitude. This person goes to the register, rings up a white customer, sees me up next, then leaves her register. He/she looks at me and walks away. Doesn't say, I'll be right back. Excuse me. Nothing. I was so angry. I stood there for 5 minutes watching her talk to other employees while doing nothing. I then go to the print section where the guys there are working hard and I say loudly enough for Sho to hear me, "Can someone ring me up? I'm in a hurry." She looks at me and stands there. A nice, hardworking African- American gentleman named Jerry leaves his current project and says, "I'll help you." He's now doing two jobs to Sho's ZERO. A customer looked at me and said, "It's Florida. They are blatant with there racism here." Jerry deserves a promotion.

The they have two self copy machines. One of them has been down for almost 3 weeks. Because it's down one machine can only.L be used which creates msg a line. Waited for almost 25 minutes

Purchased a laser printer over Memorial Day weekend for delivery June 1. Got pushed to June 2. Never arrived. No notification as to why it was delayed. Called Customer Service and was told the new date would be June 11. Came and went. Another call. Now June 22. Looking on their website i found that the same printer was still listed with a one to three day delivery window. Called again and was told it would ship June 22 and that the delay was partly because it had yet to be paid for even though I'd paid cash for it at the time I'd initially ordered it. Went back with receipt in hand for a refund which was handled by the same person who'd handled my original purchase. A lot of scanning of the bar code on the receipt, then a phone call to Customer Service while I waited. "I just want a refund," I said. "I'm trying," he tells me. "It won't let me. " I never did find out what "it" was but I did get a full refund finally. An apology would have been nice.

I am so happy with the service I received with my printing project. It was my first time doing a printing project this large. The manager Max was so helpful and took the time to explain the best ways to complete my project so that it would be cost effective and done appropriately. I would definitely recommend this location for all printing needs.

The nightmare of now printing something in Office Depot:For around 4 years I have being printing in this place. The people that works here was always super nice and fast, willing to make your life easier. Suddenly I came here to print a document and I found out now I have to deal with a machine, took me 45 min to print 12 pages, because you can't print all the documents at the same time... I had to go one by one in a super slow machine. The worst!!! Besides the lady at the counter when I asked her if she can do it for me, she gave me like a happy (kind of duck yourself and do it b...) answer: go and do it at the machine! I guess she didn't noticed the freaking machines are taking over, not particularly for good, and one day she will be without a job because all of this nonsense!!!!!

This isn't our favorite place to stop for something from what we needed for some mo print ink; it has been incredibly pricy not like qw beet buy store for every discounts... this office depotAlready has big tempting with money for rising it up more high costly for item not liek their office depots from other cites & states, we will only come here for bubble raps whenever we needed it for near future ....This business need to work on their consideration and put all costs into lower for all customers! Unfortunately, they also need to keep evrtything organize!

Disgraceful customer service I called and asked for information which I received however instructions didn't seem to quite work on my end when attempting to send a file through the website for printing, later I came to also find out some of the information pre housetop shared was wrong such as delivery time.Decided to walk a couple of blocks to figure it out in person, printing associate wasn't around after waiting a few minutes she came back and when realizing I was the person who had just called she said " I already told you so" which I found quite unprofessional, long story short I was able to get file printed right away then I had to wait another 10 mins to get a receipt because they were out of receipt paper, while waiting this associate was very pleasant to whom seemed to be her friend and even got hooked up by not having to pay.Conclusion When it comes to printing you are better off coming to the store directly just be ready to deal with the attitude

TERRIBLE consistently. I try to shop local & support but these experiences have you going to Amazon Prime where things are cheaper & they actually show up. I ordered & paid for an HP black toner for my small business Fri 11/22/19 am in store. They rarely have toners needed anymore. PROMISED to deliver by "Next Business Day". I go online for info, chat, We promise delivery by 10pm. 10 pm is not exactly my business day & UPS actually stops del by 8pm. But, ok, it's Holiday season. Guess what? NO delivery. Today Tues 11/26/19 I go back online with Office Depot, we can't help. "You should receive by 10pm". I call the store, we see your order but "we don't have control over UPS & we don't have a tracking number". UPS cannot find my package without a tracking number. I speak with store manager, send him to "shipping history" to get me a tracking number. He can't help with that. States a 3rd party service TForce will deliver my toner by 10pm tonight. No tracking number. I tell the manager I will write a review because they do not seem to understand about small business needs. He (Raul) says don't threaten me & hangs up on me. I wasn't. I order CHEAPER an original toner from Amazon prime with free next day delivery service. No Raul, I was not threatening you. Please take this as a learning experience as I do. Small business needs trusted partners. Consider that. I will call my credit card co to cancel the charge. I don't trust you to credit me. I called your store already to cancel. #integrity.

TLDR; Come with A LOT of patience... that's all I'm saying. Help one person at a time and it'll become a lot easier because you all can clearly not multi-task. This was the closest printing center with binding near my office or I had to go to North Miami and my boss NEEDED prints of something and happen to have a flight this afternoon so it had to be done. I show up and their printer wasn't printing color so I had to go to the self-serve. Self-serve printer was SO slow and kept freezing so I tried the other self-serve. Luckily, there was a tech attempting to fix the color printer they had access to in the back which is apparently a lot faster. So he finally fixes it 30 minutes later and they can print it. BUT two people came after me with large orders and decided to help them first. Helped them first even though the lady helping me knew I was in a rush, but I had a lot of pages with multiple copies that needed to be done so I said I would go across the street to Fresh Market to kill time. BIG MISTAKE. Come back and the lady goes oh did you want it single sided because I printed it double sided... LADY I TOLD YOU TO PRINT IT SINGLE SIDED!! Then she goes oh well I'll have to reprint then, but it shouldn't take that long. I am typing this whole thing while I've been sitting here for an hour and a half and she had since helped six people since I've been standing here... SIX!!!! I'll travel to North Miami next time. It'll be faster. You have all of these employees standing around doing absolutely nothing and one person in the printing center. Something needs to be done here. I've been to so many office depots and they are all the same. They'll be next to go out of business.

Today at about 8:50am, I went to Office Depot in South Beach to pick-up a purchase I did online. A tall guy names Ralph came over and showed me where the pickup bags were. He told me I had to go to the counter, where he left the package. Kristian, the cashier, said "I don't know why he brought you here." He went on about how he didn't need a payment from me. He took my id and said again he wasn't sure why I was brought to him. SO I asked him, "Is this the protocol when someone buys something online?" Kristian replied, "they just come in and grab it from the pick-up and that's it." SO I asked to see the manager and Kristian called Ralph back over. Ralph said he was the manager. I ask him "why am I being asked to go through a different protocol than other customers?" He replied I was not. SO I asked Kristian, "How long have you worked here?" Kristian replied 11 months. In the meantime, Ralph was holding my purchase (which was already paid for and had my name on it). I took out my phone and he said "don't take a picture of me. You have no right to take a picture of me. I am going to call the cops on you." This was the start of my morning. What would you do?
