I have been doing my eyebrows here for a while now and I have gotten service by a couple of the girls who work there. But I have been religiously doing my brow lamination and threading with Stephanie for several months and I couldn’t be happier! She has a great eye for shaping my brows without compromising the fullness that I look for.

Do NOT go here for eyebrow threading if you have thick and full brows - they are not skilled to do it. I had to stop my threading mid-appointment because my threader (Daria) made my eyebrows lopsided in the middle. I would not recommend for threading here and will not be back.

It’s VERY inconsistent. I used to do my eyebrows with Daria and a couple of other people, and everything was fine. But last time I had the worst experience in 20 years since I started doing eyebrows. The girl was literally THE WORST — and I am very low maintenance. It took her ONE hour to do tint and shape (normally takes 20 min max). She picked a wrong color that didn’t hold, and the form was a complete disaster — brows had different shape and size. On top of that, she was aggressive and unapologetic and explained the result with HENNA. And she made it sound like something was wrong with me and my eyebrows. No, I’ve been doing tint and shape since I was a teenager, with henna or not, and in different cities around the globe. It’s because she was unprofessional. Thank god they didn’t charge for this. But today, when I booked with another person, who does her job JUST FINE btw, they cancelled on me. Personally, I don’t think that cancelling on your long term clients instead of training and hiring the right employees is a good way to run your business. Best luck with this attitude. Not coming back. It’s a shame really because most girls there, including Daria, are doing great job. But that one person just ruined it for me.

I am visiting Miami for the week and stumbled across this place. I was a walk in and they took me immediately for eyebrow threading. I wish I would have gotten the young woman's name and asked for the price up front. This woman botched my eye brows then tried to throw make up over top of it. Then proceeds to charge me $30.00 for it. I asked for a clean up. Now my eye brows are uneven and chipped. It's as if she has never threaded eye brows before. I could have done a better job waxing my own and I suck lol but at least I know basic symmetry . 2 days later I know have scabs underneath both eyes from her cutting me with the threat. This is amateur work and should be free if she is still in practice mode.

I was happy with the shaping but this place is wayyyy overpriced. For shaping and tinting, I paid $70. The price wasn't told me to me until after the services were rendered so I'm not going to fuss over it but I won't be going back. Tinting faded within a couple days.

Hands down the absolute best! Paulynn saved my eyebrows and educated me on what was going on with them. She literally brought my eyebrows back to life.
