Do not let them groom your pet! The distorted my dog. Maria does not know how to groom a dog. Cut the ears to bleed! My dog now has clumps of hair missing. Almost a bald spot on his neck and areas all over the place that were not groomed at all. 1 rear leg is almost shaved the other was not groomed. Same on the front legs. The store manager is also a peace of work. I was told by the evening manager to bring him back today and the grooming manager would fix it as best as possible and the store manager who refused to give me his name Refused to do anything and kicked me out of the store. He even refused to give me a copy of the papers that he made my 14-year-old son allegedly sign that the dog was ok when picking up the dog. Instead of dealing with and correcting this, after 8 years of using PETCO for grooming Today I received a text from the South Beach South of fifth location that all future appointments have been canceled. The manager (possibly named Juan, he removed his name tag so I couldn’t see it) should be fired for not knowing how to run a store properly, treats customers rudely, disrespectful and unprofessionally.

The worst place to take your animals, apart from the fact that they discriminate against you for taking street animals, they serve you with a very bad attitude! Especially the receptionist, it doesn't seem fair to me that they don't want to serve you for the simple fact that your animal is not a breed! I can't express how upset and how bad they made me feel for wanting to vaccinate my pet, there being another one exactly like mine and there was no problem with it, but mine, being rescued, couldn't do the procedure because they were risking being infected with something! When I picked him up when he was barely 2 weeks old! They are supposed to be veterinarians and know the risks of being one, but that does not mean they are going to deny a service to an animal. Very bad experience and bad hosts to receive animals! Your company is supposed to represent what you are!

The manager Juan was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful. I requested a simple exchange for a packaged food that my cat didn’t like, but the manager refused without providing a clear reason. When I politely asked for clarification, they responded with impatience and an unprofessional attitude. It's frustrating to deal with a manager who lacks basic customer service skills and makes no effort to resolve issues. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

It should be illegal to keep fish in such horrific conditions. I can’t even shop here anymore because as an animal lover it kills me to see living being kept in tiny plastic cups and every time I visit I see new dead fish. PLEASE STOP SELLING ANIMALS AND KEEPING THEM IN SUCH ABUSIVE CONDITIONS!

The store has a very good location, although sometimes it is a little difficult to find parking, there is a little lack of lighting on the outside but you get everything you are looking for, in this case my dog had diarrhea and his stomach was very bad and they helped me get what I needed, the Fortiflora was really what helped him improve and it was really useful, I do not recommend the cans of food nor would I buy them again, it is better to make the natural pumpkin puree and the chicken broth, after 24 hours of fasting according to the Veterinarian 🙏
