I just went to rent a space at Publix on South Beach and the manager was Mike. He was extremely helpful. Took the time to explain everything. I wish everything could be that way.

The call center got it all all wrong. Thnx goodness Mike, the mngr at Dade Ave MB called me re my appt so he could set all straight. Insanely helpful and clear. With a few years experience, he knows every detail. He showed me 2 different storage options and wizzed me through the sign up and contractual stuff. Very personable. Storage is clean, feels very safe, well lighted. Public Storage is lucky to have such a great employee!

I really enjoy going to a business that is organized, clean & knowledgeable ! That is exactly the experience I received when greeted by Mike upon move in day!!! Mike was helpful in assisting me with the few questions I had concerning the size of my unit but also informed me off my options to change unit sizes if necessary. The best part is having the locked key waiting for you when you need to move in a timely manner. My storage experience here at this location has been the best thus far, definitely worth the convenience!!!!

When I called to schedule a storage rental appointment with Mike, I didn't know what to expect other than another lengthy walk through or redtape process from a mouthy sales guy. Mike didn't do that at all. Mike immediately built good rapport, did a quick showing of the unit and explained everything up front while I downloaded the Public Storage google app to get me going. The Public Storage management team is friendly, professional, and expeditious while meeting all of your storage needs.
