Alex was amazing. I was distraught because I was told there were no lockers available in the size I asked for. He recognized I had asked for the wrong size so he called me back and explained I had asked for the wrong size locker. He said the one I really wanted was half the price. I was so happy. Alex rocks and he is an asset to Public Storage.

Came in at about 5:00 pm and Mike at the front desk hooked it up. It was quick easy and painless and he went over all the term/conditions and made me aware of all the information I needed. Also answered all the questions I ask. Thanks public storage and thank you Mike!
