I left the store and forgot to take the items I had bought. When I returned the next day and explained what had happened, Publix allowed me to take the items I had left behind for free.

I love coming to Publix. I have shopped at different Publix, but my home Publix is this location on Alton. I live on 15 and Alton so this location is the closest and most convenient. Precisely today I was very stressed out, long day at work, day before engagement pictures and I was looking for the perfect last minute white cake to include in my pictures and the wonderful employee Tomas at the cakes & bakery department heard me out, what I needed so last minute and quickly found the perfect cake for my pictures I felt so lucky and relived he made my afternoon. There are good, nice people out there that can help you in your without and Tomas was that for me today. Thank you Tomas for your kind service.

Very good supermarket, incredibly there was yerba mate. Otherwise it was very complete.

Other than the ignorant and rude racist Caucasian lady that works as a manager at the deli who believes she is urban and is able to rudely argue with customers in public and then refuse to serve them after they treat her how she treats them and the rotted chickens she sells at her deli which smell like dead animals this is a good location
The manager with a slim build and dark hair is the best management at any store I have ever seen in Miami Beach and he has the upmost respect for his excellent customer service skills and customer relations

Usually more expensive than other markets on the beach that have the same items, but there is definitely with a wider expanse and variety of products.
With the added 2-hour free-parking in the garage & other stores in the same building (Best Buy, Petco, Total Wine & more) it does make it a good one-stop shopping experience.
