Poor customer service from the long time blonde cuban manager who should know better. She refused to wait literally 1 minute for a response for a SKU to a clearance bag that had a missing ticket. After remarking that "people had a bad habit of removing tickets" in spanish thinking that I didnt understand what she was saying. (After I had let her know the item didn't have a ticket in english.)I informed her in spanish that I did not remove the ticket. She told me she would have to wait for a response from a manager and rang the rest of my items up and closed the sale without checking her phone for a response. The employee beside her noticed this and offered to look for a similar style for price reference and she said no it has to be exact and this was the last item. I told her forget it and left because I didn't want to deal with her poor attitude. I usually prefer the Collins Ave and 9th Street location that has better shoe and clearance sections but happened to be in the area and stopped in. Managers of all employees should be a little more paitent and less blatantly rude. Lame shopping expieirence and I will most likely fully avoid this location from now on.

The shop seems nice from the outside, but the quality is poor and they don't have dressing rooms here. I had to try a top on my satin dress and it got destroyed by the glittery from their top.

I always go on Sunday mornings as soon as it opens and there was a Spanish speaking blonde lady at the register just yapping. When I asked for a dress that I couldn't reach, she said "Pull it down mami". Isn't that her job? I told her um no, I need your help. When I asked for the manager she sent over a young new guy to help. Unacceptable Customer Service! Why does Rainbow higher lazy people? They left the Ecuadorian young girl alone and she was great.

I was trying to return a item that i don’t need one guy said come back tomorrow 10am it shouldn’t matter what time to return a item I’m won’t able to come back because people work plus I don’t live in Miami Beach now I have come on my off day extra early to return one item that’s crazy.

Worst service I’ve had on my vacation in Miami.Rude and unhelpful staff, both of them.Not willing to help when We tried to ask for something. As well treated us like air by the cashier as during from entrance to the shop.

Great shopping experience, there's a lot of clothes, shoes and accessories to choose from and the prices compare to other stores are very decent, I'll DEFINITELY recommend it!
