Talk about horrible experience, went to do an exchange on a pair of shoes for my daughter, When I bought them last night, I came this afternoon to exchange them and I was denied, Saying that the shoes were used, and I was unable to do my exchange. The manager was extremely disrespectful yelling across the register at me in front of my five-year-old.. Claiming I was lying about the shoes, not being worn. This will be the last time that I shop at this Ross you need to check your management screaming in front of little children is not acceptable.
