I am so impressed by the service these awesome people offered. They responded immediately to any queries and I could book the car with them on the go, just a day before the pickup. The car pickup was so smooth when every other car rental company had either turned us away by saying they are completely booked (6ixt) or not communicating at all after booking confirmation (enterprise). They even offered a better deal on the same mustang convertible car which was slightly expensive if we had rented from other businesses.
Whenever I am back in Miami, I know this is the place to go to rent cars or scooters. The car was in great condition and almost new as well. I loved how flexible these people were when we were slightly late for the dropoff. I highly recommend this place!

The people working there are very shady!
Got scammed out of $250 deposit!!
Someone dropped my bike on the first day.
There was a letter from the police and video evidence. They also arrested the guy that did it, To which the owner denied, lied about.
The scooter had a broken mirror and cracked faring. $30 in damages MAX!
The scooter was already busted up and doesn't even cost $600 but they took $250 just for very minor damages.
They make you sign a very misleading contract that you're responsible for all damages. Do not sign contract !!
I tried calling the owner to reach a compromise. I was willing to pay damages to repair bike but he didn't want to listen and refused to give me the rest of my money.
The business is very shady and unethical.
Positive reviews are Fake!

I'm going to start by saying that we spoke with the owner and he confirmed he just bought the business in Sept 2022 so a lot of the older posts should NOT be held against them. We had an amazing time - I had no idea how much scooting could be. The staff was all great and we highly recommend to everyone!

We had a very pleasant experience here. We told them we had never been on a scooter before and they were happy to help us out. Everyone was really nice and very helpful, would definitely recommend !

Please be aware, bad business behavior going on in this place. Never give them your credit card. Cash only, don’t leave the place before you got your deposit back. Do pictures of the bikes before you rent them. They making money of fooling foreign travelers. NO GO!

Absolute blast riding the scooter around Miami. I was skeptical to rent a scooter from anywhere because all of the scooter rental places in the area look like they've scammed people out of their security deposit. But I took really good detailed photos of the scooter when I picked it up and they didn't screw me over. Would recommend.

I just wanted to say that this is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Scooters South Beach has been fantastic for me, and I couldn't recommend them enough. It was our first time ever renting out a mini Hammer and we loved it!

I rented a car on September 21, when I returned it I was told that everything was ok and that the deposit would be returned to me within 48 hours. I'm still waiting for the $300 deposit refund!!! Please refund as soon as possible

Terrible experience. My hotel across the street said to go there, and I could tell that the quality of the scooters was poor, but we just wanted to drive around a couple of hours. They gave us a vehicle with no gas. And the guy who was supposed to orient us on the vehicle could not speak clear English to even tell us where the gas station was. There are no obvious gas stations in South Beach. Well then we ran out of gas looking for a station, and it took about an hour for them to come and get us. They blamed us and would not give any refund. They wanted cash - that should have been a clue as to what type of place this is. There are other places in South Beach and you should check them out. Giving someone a rental with no gas in that area - is well you can figure it out.
