Price gouging on gas, pricing gas 2 dollars over normal price is beyond scummy

April 2025: Average gas price for regular is around $3.20/gal… I just paid $5.33 at this Shell in Miami Beach!
Heads up: fill up elsewhere if you can!!!!!
Also, it’s full service — meaning someone pumps the gas for you — and the guy asked for a $1 tip for the ’help’ I never asked for🤷🏻♀️since I put gas myself!

Wasn't told there was a difference in pumps. Not knowing I parked in the full service but the guys was busy talking. Be aware.

Shady pricing! Says $4.59 but they charge you $5.49. The price on the display is always inverted and they say it’s a mistake or ignore you if you mention it.

Great customer service, friendly and very helpful! I wish for god to forever bless George the man is very upstanding and helpful, I live an hour away I lost something very valuable he took his time and helped me look for it and I found it, without him that would've cost me I forever thank George my new friend!🙏🏾

I pay $5 for gallon gas . it's more expensive than everywhere else. and when I ask to use the toilet it doesn't work. I work as a driver not far away, and I have no choice, I need a toilet at gas stations. Especially if I pay money on it. They keep telling me that it is closed. I go there every week on Friday and Saturday. for my last 10-15 visits the toilet does not work. I don’t understand where the staff goes to the toilet? I love Shell, I have a truck business, and my drivers use Shell, but after all this I would like my drivers to use Pilot, and I’ll probably refuel the car with Mobile (they are cheaper and have a toilet)

Amazed Shell lets this place use its logo. The lack of signage of self service puts pedestrians at risk and is a liability.

It’s the only gas station on Author Godfrey RD(41street) mid Miami Beach. It has a small convenience store. Air/vacuum on site for a charge. The pump hoses are long enough to reach both sides of your car!! The prices for self service about .25 cents higher then most other places. But half the station is full service. That price is about $1.50 higher or more. It’s hard to realize you’re in the full service lane until it’s too late.
