The car was in poor condition, hidden defects. The oil service was not carried out further. After a few kilometers we had to change the oil at our expense. Incredible. Never again.We have a breakdown and the Sixt Road Side Assistant doesn't help in any way. We stand still and can only spend hours on hold. Incredible. Never again Sixt.

Attention was good, but I’m having an issue with the bill. I was charged for two days instead of one. Even when we talked to the clerk to check on this as soon as we received the email saying we were charged $280 (supposed to be $140). He told us not to worry about it and showed his screen at the shop stating that the price was $140. We called customer service several times to solve this asap since we are on vacation and really need to use that money. Every contact with support was really slow and inefficient, blaming the whole thing on us. We actually have proof that we were drinking coffee in a store nearby at the time they say we returned the car so that’s actually a lie, but it’s a tough one to solve. Seems we’ll have to wait like 2-3 days for them to actually listen to us and then solve this. This is a pity cause the service was good, but we were scammed with pricing. Seems Hertz is the way to go. Not going back to Sixt in the near future.EDIT: Problem was solved and we did get a refund because we could provide enough proof stating they were wrong and we were somewhere else at they time they said we returned the car. Rented another car in LA now so let’s see how it goes.

Our experience has been ok. Elizabeth S. was super sweet at check in, she tried upselling us an upgrade which we declined but later found out they just didn’t have the original car we booked so got the upgrade anyways. Seemed a little sneaky but we like the car we got. My one huge disappointment is the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the car. I am allergic to cigarettes/cigarette smoke so this really impacted our trip. We had to have the windows rolled down the entire trip and the ac on full blast in 90 degree heat just to feel comfortable. It wasn’t very pleasant if I’m being completely honest. I think some kind of compensation is in order to remedy this. I will also be letting our drop off location know about this inconvenience. This car should be marked as a smokers only car or taken out of use as a rental.

Excellent customer service provided by The Frank at 701 5th in Miami, he helped us with our reservation, the information we needed to access our car, thank you The Frank for your patience, kindness and respect, Frank speaks Spanish and English and that does more easy communication with everyone. Congratulations to Sixt for having good professionals.

Seems like this is a everyday occurrence!!!!!!Rented a car online. Came to pick it up on time - and they said they don’t have any cars today. We were also informed sixt can’t guarantee any reservation and that’s part of their policy.DONT book with them!

?????Had a remarkable experience at SIXT in Miami Beach, all thanks to Mr. Osneiver SANDOVAL-SAMUEL. Though there was a hiccup with the card reading system which initially declined our debit cards (despite them working perfectly elsewhere), we were at a potential standstill, especially since our credit card didn't have the required PIN. This could have derailed our travel plans to West Palm Beach. But Mr. Sandoval-Samuel, with a queue of customers waiting, displayed exceptional professionalism. He patiently worked with us until he found a solution, ensuring we drove off in our reserved car. His dedication turned a potential mishap into a highlight of our trip. A big thank you to him and highly recommend this location for anyone looking for stellar service!

I have a reservation through internet confirmed for 37 days. At pickup it seems a contract for 28 days max could be produced. As a result i´m now forced to interrupt my holidays to visit the office with a request for an extension ... which could not be guaranteed.

I have worked with Terence at the 5th street location in Miami Beach, Florida. He has provided the most outstanding customer service and is always so reliable and accommodating. He is also understanding and goes above and beyond the call of duty. I will not use other car dealerships because of his level of customer service. He is an asset to your company and you all are lucky to have him and I’m lucky I found him.

i had a premium sedan for this memorial day weekend. i was worried that they would have the car. well guess what. they don’t have the car so the upgraded me to an X5!i’ve rented a couple of times from their south beach location and the staff, cars and even the price have been great.

Need to update the review since back home we got the surprise... We received the car almost empty of fuel... Hector Said to have the same Level of fuel when the car come back to the SIXT and so we did...! With manu photos to prove it!!!! But we got the invoice with 145USD for fueling!!!!! That is totally illegal!!! They do not replay At my 2 mail and already take my Money!!!! I ll never more rent a car with SIXT!!!!!
