SCAM. Please don’t book these suites, we booked through booking.com and the company claim they don’t have our money, yet the money has come out of the bank account. They take your money and don’t give it back when it’s meant to be free cancellation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Luckily managed to put in a claim with booking.com, but don’t trust this awful establishment. They’re just heartless scammers

I had a very bad experience with the owner/staff named Rob. He sent me an email that I needed to provide zip code for credit card. It turns out that he informed me the booking is $100 higher each night for 5 nights. He asked me if I still wanted my booking. I said No and he hung up the phone on me rudely. He then called me back 10 mins later telling that I could still have the room but no Jacuzzi. Please be very careful looking at the pictures. They show us the beautiful towels on the side of the Jacuzzi but you won’t have it. I am very concerned about my credit card info was given to these people. I have been to south beach many times but I now reconsider about not to come here. Never to this place!

Rip off of an establishment. Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel my trip (free cancellation according to their policy) 9 weeks has gone past and I am still waiting for my money.Establishment now reported as fraudulent business.DO NOT PAY MONEY UPFRONT, STAY AWAY!Ps, don’t say there was no reservation under my name as I will happily show booking number - my full name is not shown in any case. Help you customers by replying to their emails/calls , don’t fob them off.

This was a great place could use some tlc but the location and views was great. near shopping and beach. Rob was very helpful and thank you Val for going out your way to bring a spare key card after me losing one. Everything was explained to even before I got here.We will be back PH4 signing off????????

I’m only give three stars because the TV didn’t work I could not sleep one night the mattresses were so bad that you can feel the springs!The jacuzzi did not work! Way over Price! The building is nice and the View were nice!friendly and helpful stuff!

The establishment does not respect its own stated policy! I wish I could give you a good review, however, their service is predatory, and frankly, rarely have i felt so robbed by a establishment who pretend to honor their words. Best avoidI reserved in advance for the first week of February, canceled when I was eligible to cancel because of a sudden obligation I had to fulfil and my reimbursement is stuck in limbo at the end of March. I still do not know what is happening after having reached out 8 times to the dedicated service line.

AVOID AT ALL COST! I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. I planned a birthday trip to South Beach and it quickly went south and resulted in me canceling the hole trip. I had been looking on multiple sites for places trying to find a good place. Ironically I submitted to stay at Rob & Valerie's property on 3 different sites (booking.com,vrbo, and airbnb) I didn't even notice until Rob pointed it out. Well first issues was on vrbo - they never accepted my request so it was cancelled. Airbnb they increased the price significantly higher than what was posted when I submitted the booking. Then last but not least booking.com. I was so happy that my reservations had finally went through! Yes lets get ready for Miami. Boy was I wrong. I booked a week ago then was contacted yesterday by Rob that he couldn't fulfill the reservations because of a hot tub pump being changed from April 20-26. I'm not understanding why it was even listed as available if that was the case. He didn't offer any other options either. Then I get an email today that my booking was cancelled due to an invalid card, which was NOT the case. It was because he couldn't fulfill the booking. So upset with all that has taken place with these people. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The rudest management/ownership I have ever dealt with in my life and I have traveled all over the world. Don't book through Any 3rd party as this place false advertises that payment is due later. When I asked to clarify they responded in all caps demanding immediate payment and called my phone multiple times. Then they told me never to book with them again. STAY AWAY!!! The rudeness is disgraceful and incredibly disrespectful.

We had a horrible Covid situation back in Europe and asked Rob to please keep a credit of our stay. He indeed kept his word and we have seriously enjoyed 6 fabulous nights. To other travelers - you have to know how this works. You pretty much get everything except $500 per night. I can’t believe anyone complains…

STAY AWAY!!! ??? I booked a night for my birthday and so far it has been the worst experience .First red flag was when I received multiple texts from Rob to update my billing address to confirm the reservation. When I called back, he yelled and said he had already updated the information and to stop calling. I didn't think much of it. Later I find out that was the owner. Today I called to ask about rebooking due to poor weather. When Rob finally got back to me, he rudely let me know that he didn't control the weather and that the 90 year old land lord has no compassion for me on my birthday. He was smug, dismissive and unwilling to help me in anyway.He then cut me off, said "OK See you Wednesday! "And hung up on me. When I called back to get his full name, he refused to give it to me. A piece of advice Rob... Act like a business owner. Work on your communication and customer service skills. Learn empathy, offer alternatives, make the customer feel heard, use positive language or just find a more suitable job for your horrible personality. No need to respond, Though I'm sure you won't be able to help yourself.
