About SoulCycle South Beach
SoulCycle South Beach is an amazing studio with super clean facilities, though it is a small space that can get crowded. The staff is great and provides a superb welcome, with friendly faces for newcomers. Each instructor brings something different and incredible to the workout, offering a perfect but challenging balance. Many visitors enjoy multiple classes, even during a short vacation. A notable policy is that phones are not allowed in the studio, encouraging a 45-minute disconnect. Free lockers are provided. The main constructive feedback is regarding cleanliness between classes, as bikes are sometimes not cleaned down and can be unpleasant for the next rider. Overall, it is a place many look forward to visiting again.

Went to my first ever class today and there was a cute welcome on my locker, and everyone was so friendly since I didn't know anything. Can't wait to come back!

I loved Alex's class on 01/15/24; it was absolutely amazing. The balance between the tension and speed was perfect, but challenging, and I loved every pedal push. ❤️
