I had an appointment at 10 am and did not get to get my haircut at 10:15 am. There were 2 people ahead of me. What is this appointment if I’m not going to be the first one to get a haircut. You’re appointment schedule said 10 am is the earliest one this is Sunday morning. Do not over booked specially if you only have one barber/hairstylist.
You’re already over charging on cuts for senior citizen. $28.00. I know for a fact that your senior citizen cut is $15.00😡

Everything was perfect. The only situation that took place was there were four people at the same time having appointments at the same time with only one hairstylist available. Apparently the computer is messed up. Hopefully, you can fix that because there was some upset customers other than that, mine was fine
