Worst service ever bought products that took over one month to arrive, and it came partially. After three weeks of trying to return all items, they finally send the return labels. Now I am struggling to get my money back to my card. I have been calling; they transfer me to Jake has been six days, and no response to the email. Hopefully, a Manager or the owner can give me their email so we can solve this issue.I just got an email from Jake 6/8/2020 at 11:13 am, canceled the order, and initiated a refund. It looks that I am not going to need a manager, after all. Thank you, Jake, and I hope they get better customer service, and problems are resolve before having to put a review online that hurts more the company.

I would highly recommend Terraboost as a place to promote your product.In our case, we are realtors and part of our job in helping people with their real estate needs is promoting ourselves. Even before Covid 19 took over our lives, I always looked for the little kiosk with the antibacterial wipes before placing my hands on a shopping cart. Who knew that I would one day sponsor one? The folks at Terraboost were incredibly helpful at creating my campaign. From the salesperson to the art department I could not have asked for better support. Now that regulations have relaxed a little, I am looking forward to greater exposure and some nice results. Thank you, TERRABOOST.

I met with their representative who showed me pictures and promissed a visible size stand right by Maxes Grill in the center of East Boca Raton. Everything sounded and looked great. I showed her my advertisement and I agreed to advertise with them because I was promissed specofic size. I paid my graphic designer to make my artwork according to the dimentions I was given. This artwork got keeked back because the true dimentiond and style were half the sise I was presented, but they did make sure they took the $500 from my account first. I tried to talk to them and explain that this is not going to work. They have been harassing me since begining of January. Today, May 5th, 5 months after I originally told them that I will never advertise with them, after I repeated that every time a different person would call me or email me pretanding they know nothing, I got an email that they are going to post genaric advertisement under my name without my approval. I am actually appoled by this and no matter how many times i told them that I will not advertise with them, that signing the contract under false pretences voids that contract they keep harrasing me. I trully believe that this company is only interested in making sales and money with no regard for their clients at all. Beware before you choose to advertise with them!

Worked here for some time and I don't recommend this place for someone who value their own creativity and freedom. I understand having to comply with the clients needs but to the point of losing one's creativity and vision wasn't acceptable for me. The company should set clear expectations so as to let employees do their jobs well and showcase their talents and creativity.

This company is okay if you want to earn some money. The pay is bearable, even though the job itself is not that good. There's no point in working here if what you're looking for is career growth and personal development. This just another average company where you do some work and get paid. I don't see it as a good place for people looking to build their career in the industry.

My expectation of them was to receive more feedback and work to all my queries, and also to notice quick changes in my request, but it does not happen. Good initially when they sign you up, but communication is slow after that and wasn't regularly updating with where they were up to in the process. Never really sure what is going on behind the scenes or how much work is actually being completed. Was not happy or pleased with the service.

I was really concerned that after the sales pitch and the buy, I would left on my own for the creative. Instead, I was so happy working with Amanda whose patience and guidance helped to create an ad that is truly not the standard, boring real estate message. I had high hopes that the design that they would be creating for our ads was okay, but it wasn't. It seemed like our visions and request was not honored. They only wanted their ideas incorporated and not the clients. They were only good when they were talking but in action, they are not.

I worked with Amanda Wilkin on artwork for my Insurance Agency. I was amazed at the way she was able to design my ad based off of my minimal suggestions. The ad came out exactly how I had envisioned it and her prompt communication was appreciated. The process was very smooth, quick and easy. I don't have a lot of time to spend on these things, and it was a refreshing experience to get this done so efficiently. Amanda is certainly a huge asset to Terraboost, and I'd look forward to working with her again.

I had been dealing with the Amanda in the Art Department and she did a great job on my project. As it turns out my compliance department required something else after production was complete Amanda fixed the art work and made the required changes. Everything came out really great. Terraboost has great products and a great team as well.

Don't do business with these people. They don't even deserve 1 star. Took months to place our kiosk. Then instead of placing it at the front entrance as contracted to do, they placed it in the back of the store. When we complained for over 6 months, they ignored our letters. When I finally got hold of a representative, they told us "you signed a contract to put the kiosk in the store and we never promised to put it at the entrance, so you are obligated to pay regardless". Worst customer service we've ever experienced from any company. Had to take them to small claims court to get the problem resolved.
