Rooms with dubious cleanliness, noisy air conditioning, room service with food without cutlery, no towels for the beach... A lucky 2 star...Rooms: The bathroom was not completely clean, the room was very uncomfortable. Very noisy air conditioning.

There is a bar close to this place and they will play music until 3:00 am. I couldn’t sleep it was so loud.

I strongly recommend this hotel! Angel and Alejandra were extremely polite and very accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasurable stay. The room was really nice and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic as well, right by the beach! Will definitely be staying here again!Walkability: Right by the beach and close to night life but far enough away to not have to deal with the noise

Kent has a very excellent position. Adjacent to Villa Versace. Directly behind OceanDrive in the most fun point of South Beach... staff always attentive to the customer's needs... clean, fragrant in every room, very welcoming!

The place is rather average. There is nothing fancy. The rooms look better in the photos than in reality. You can't open the windows in the rooms, which makes it very stuffy. A huge problem with parking your car. There is a valet service in which you hand over the keys and the hotel takes care of parking your car. cars. You walk up and say you need your car and they deliver it to you within 15-30 minutes. Some rooms are stuffy (we had 3 rooms). Great location.

Very well located hotel in Miami Beach, that’s undeniable!On the other hand :Water damage in the room with traces of mold: reception says it's not seriousThe entire hotel is cleaned with bleach: the smell is unbearableThe valet who tells us on the last day that we can stay parked in front for 10 minutes while loading the suitcases: we are charged $30 the next day= they know you are tourists = to avoidRooms: Does not meet standard standards
