READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH. ***Just peel back the wallpaper or check the a/c ROTTED WALLS AND BLACK MOLD EXCESSIVELY COVERING ALL OF THE PROPERTYAllegedly the business partner of “said owner” GiGi (not so appealing looking African american female around age of 47) sells crack cocaine out of this property and the “other location” The Boutique Hotel, ask yourself why would she have three crack dealers in and out of her hotels that are “homeless” - because she is trafficking the drugs and that is why the local homeless dudes are selling her crack-cocaine- aside from that child protective services needs to be called to the hotels —- She has her underage children in various rooms who are in and out all night and often have foul mouths. She is on a tracking device due to court cases, so she has her kids all up in the hotels unattended. Im not certain if this is deed fraud or if the alleged owners steal properties that are abandoned and put the deed in a LLC name or if they are guilty of federal fraud for falsely reporting information100% guilty of tax evasionThat is why they suggest to pay cash however, each time you pay cash the idiot pedro cannot coherently tend to QUICKBOOKS so he claims that the balance you pay is the balance you owe because his incompetence to run a business and understand a billing statement on quickbooks is apparent! Once he is no longer able to fraud you out of money he disappears. They seem to be using these previously abandoned properties to apply for grants/loans because the deed is not in the name of either alleged owner and they seem to be confident gigi can do as she pleases violating state and federal laws while out on house arrest allowing her underage children to roam freely in hotels as she traffics the crack out of local “businesses” - (not for long)During my stayI ended up paying 2600 monthly but each month he claimed we owed the exact amount of days (hence he is not able to correctly read a statement to determine what is balance due or balance paid) the city had came by and shut the water off due to non-payment 3x during my stay. 3700 BILL UNPAID. THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS UNSANITARY. IT COULD NOT HAVE PASSED AN INSPECTION- take a look yourselfTHERE IS JUST BACKSPLASH COVERING THE DISGUSTINGNESS OF THIS HOTEL- smells, constant leaking water to the point you have to run a dehumidifier - holes are in the walls all overThe electrical is unsafe *** the city should have shut down the business however, they are committed to their fraud scheme or imposting this as a “bar” outside. But that did not last long being that the idiot pedro who wears the same shirt daily and walks around with holes in the bottom of his shoes cant read quickbooks and alleged the staff of the bar owed him 5000 for a water bill and yet they had only had their bad open less than a month! This guy is certain that everyone owes him something. Probably because he is so strung out on the crack his fraud partner is dealing, cause that would explain the lack of his self care. I mean he makes cash daily and monthly on the side- so lets see - he evades the taxes on each property and when you threaten him with the FBI he changes the registration of the business to another LLC because he is guilty of evading taxes on a minimum of 10,000 each month he has the 4 people in rooms paying 70/86$ daily (2600/2800 monthly$)Anyway, these are facts people. Not feelings. FACTSI HAVE VIDEOS TO PROVE IT ALLThe sockets actually caught fire due to water leaking inside of them and began smoking in the bathroom as that is right next to the shower in unit 1 and unit 2Also, check the smoke detectors before you go to sleep. Pedro is a predator and along with the televisions that he uses to SPY AND EASE Drop on women, ALSO HAVE EVIDENCEJUST CHECK YOUR LAPTOPCLICK WINDOWS LOGO PLUS XM THEN DEVICE MANSGER AND GOVTO THE TOP TO SHOW HIDDEN DEVICESGUESS WHO IS THERE? None other than PEDROS TVS AND SMOKE DETECTORSHOW DOES HE DO THIS??? Well, by you signing into his wifi and obtaining the ability to remotely access the wifi users

WARNING ⚠️: Nasty rooms in need of repair/renovation and disorganized management.I do not normally review places, but this one is particularly terrible. We were initially shown into a room at their other location (M Boutique) that reeked of chemicals, which a cleaning staff was still in when we walked through the door despite being well past normal check in time, and a window ac with nothing covering the gap above it. Without us saying a word, they decided to transfer us to a different room at this location (New Hotel), which was nice of them. However, the new room was disgusting with a leaking fridge, leaking shower, and toilet that wouldn't flush. I discovered the toilet issue the hard way, having to use a plunger for several minutes just to make it slowly go down. It still didn't flush even after. The tiles in the bathroom are cracked all over and almost certainly have mold growing between. And the room was overall just not very clean. We did not want to stay the 2nd night of our booking, opting to find somewhere that functions instead. They initially agreed to refund half of the amount. However, when talking through Travelocity, the same people told Travelocity to only refund us a number much less than half because "they can't refund the cleaning fee they already paid for". We are now disputing through Travelocity.

Such a wonderful hotel! The room far exceeded my expectations! The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable! As a pet friendly hotel it was awesome! The manager was really helpful, nice and accommodating!! I would love to say here again the next time I’m in Miami? Great location and free parking! Couldn’t ask for more??

Location was amazing -- couldn't beat it in terms of the distance to the beach. Pedro was very friendly and responsive via text when we ran into a couple minor issues. The shaded pool was great and brought my daughter and wife a ton of enjoyment. The room was nice enough for the price, although the lock was a little tricky to learn at first; however, it was coded entry so we didn't have to remember to carry a key which was nice. I managed to clog the toilet & would've been better suited obtaining a plunger had I known a little more Spanish. The checkout procedure was very simple and required no action other than leaving since there were no keys to return. Parking was easy to find and free along Harding beyond 75th.

The room is big, beautiful and most importantly clean! the room has everything you need, TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, iron, hair dryer. the price is very nice and affordable! Also this hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and cozy lounge. 3 minutes walk to the ocean, close to shops, banks, bars, everything for a wonderful holiday! the owner of the hotel is a very hospitable and pleasant person, always in touch and ready to help with any questions. All personal are very kind and sweet! This is our second vacation here in Miami. we will definitely come back! highly recommend! ?

This dude has to get his website sorted out. You can’t book from there… actually worse, you can book, it will confirm. But then you won’t have a room, lol. Not the end of the world, but also a bit of a surprise when arriving to a locked gate. Need to figure out if they charged my card… phone number and email are the old owner, lol, super nice people both, but not convenient to arrive to no room. Thanks for trying? CheersTo be clear: I had to go to another hotel, it wasn’t like I just had to wait a few minutes for a room.

Don't know what's going on with this place, but DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THE WEBSITE LINKED TO THIS HOTEL. HE SAID IT WAS FROM THE OLD OWNER. I have no idea how you are supposed to book, but we were just left with no hotel room because he was all booked up. You will even get an email confirmation. Luckily they didn't charge my card. I wish i had realized earlier.

So this was a last minute replacement for my vrbo that was cancelled. I have a mixed review. The bed is comfortable enough with nice bedding, the bathroom has big beautiful tiled shower and the towels are soft. There is a small TV on the wall (not really a TV watcher) and a desk and chair. The kitchenette has sink, mini fridge, micro, coffee pot w provided coffee, 2 glasses, 2 mugs, paper plates and towels. All of these are very clean. You can get daily housekeeping by putting a card on the doorknob before noon. There is a very small pool and a nice sitting area outside next to the pool with comfortable patio furniture. Some boogie boards and beach chairs in poor condition available to borrow. My big issues are:The couch and chair in my room are just filthy. I won't sit on or put anything on either one so I'm stuck sitting only on the bed all week (or the patio outside which has clean couches). Both should have been thoroughly steam cleaned or replaced long ago. Pedro from the office helped me get a rental car after mine fell through, which was kind of him. He also helped facilitate the car being returned when I was uncomfortable with a 3am return in an unfamiliar part of town before my early flight. It's a little noisy from traffic, but I sleep w a Bluetooth eye mask and my sleeping music covered the night traffic noise. My biggest problem is there is NO parking at this hotel and so I had to hunt around a residential neighborhood blocks away to park the aforementioned rental and walk back. It's a royal pain and feels less than safe as a woman alone. I would either uber everywhere or use the shuttle service if I had to do it again honestly. So to sum up, it is a decent place to stay overall but not posh. I probably wouldn't stay again because the dirty seating really turns me off, but if you just needed a place to sleep and shower it would work and is a very reasonable cost for Miami Beach and 2 blocks from the beach itself.Updating to say I asked for a slow drain to be looked at during my stay and when I returned from my day my room was entirely unlocked. Have inventoried my belongings and nothing seems missing but again, traveling alone safety is a priority and definitely did not feel safe when that happened.

I felt nervous when I arrived at the hotel, because my experience was the first time to register via text with the person in charge, but it really was the best! Very kind, solving my problems, excellent. I recommend that you stay here, the bed and pillow very comfortable!!!

We were looking for an affordable hotel with a kitchenette. In comparison to the prices of other hotels in the North Miami Beach area, the New Hotel was less expensive than others. It is also conveniently located to the Broadwalk near the beach. However, to describe this room as having a kitchenette is a joke. There is a microwave and a mini-fridge. Also, 4 glasses and 2 coffee cups. There was one soup spoon which I assume was left to measure out the coffee (they provided). There is a coffee machine. However, there are no dishes just paper plates. When I asked for silverware were given a bunch of plastic cutlery. When I asked for a bowl for cereal, they did then provide two bowls. And when I asked for a cutting knife so we could cut an orange, that too was provided. They had all these items in their restaurant which is no defunct. Clearly, they are not interested in providing items that they might have to wash. There are also no table and chairs in the unit itself. Fortunately, our room was on the first floor and there were tables and some chairs outside. This meant that we ate our meals outside, hoping that we would not let in any mosquitos when we opened the door and that there would be none when we ate outside. So, if you don't care about having a true kitchenette, then the New Hotel will work for you. We were disappointed.

This property is very nice. The check in process is very difficult as it's not written on the websites anywhere that when they say 3pm, they mean 3pm. As in no one is even there on site. Its more of a BnB then a hotel. Don't arrive before 10am because the gate is locked and you can't get in. Once it's open and someone is there, they are very friendly and will let you put your luggage until the rooms ready. They are small business trying to make it work. Just be patient.

Just perfect experience. Very clean and newly renovated rooms. And our first hotel with feather duvee which makes sleeping the most comfortable than in any other hotel. Air conditioner was efficient. Friendly, flexible staff.Pool is available and beach is near. Hotel offers beach chairs and towels for guests for free. Our room was quiet. Shops and bakery near by.Next time if we visit Miami I'm going to book this hotel again.

Perfect place close to the beach. Rooms were very clean and quiet, it felt like we were the only people there (the hotel was fully booked). Joyce is a very nice host and makes the place even more perfect. Will defenitely come back here when I visit Miami Beach.

Great hotel for a great price, in a great location. It’s close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Our room was. Good size with everything we needed. The owner Joyce is a really lovely and helpful lady. I left my coat in the wardrobe when I left and she mailed it back to the UK for me. She was very informative when we arrived and even gave us beach towels to use. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Miami. ?
