The facility offers the most amenities at a spa many have ever seen, including a unique Thermal Hydrotherapy Circuit with an Herbal Laconium, Crystal Sauna, Experiential Rain Shower, Ice Igloo Room, and Thermal Loungers. More adventurous offerings include needle-less acupuncture, cryotherapies, a salt float bath, and the biostation. Guests frequently love their treatments, reporting fantastic facials and massages with enough pressure. The employees are often described as super friendly, very attentive, and wonderful. The amenities are very nice, from the pools and beach to the gym and spa areas like the sauna and steam room. However, some guests find the facilities underwhelming, noting multiple things weren't working and that the space needs a refresh. Some common complaints include rooms being cold and not inviting, and issues with how the facility is run. This includes no managers being present when needed, and staff seeming overwhelmed. While the services are frequently recommended, the day experience can be disappointing with limited seating and operational hiccups.

it's alright, nothing special. super small with maybe 4 steam rooms and a pool. my swedish massage was really great though, isabel was the best!

The most amenities at a spa I’ve ever seen! The employees were very attentive. We loved our treatments. My husband said they actually applied enough pressure to his massage and my facial with Ana was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time here and I would certainly come again and again. Everything was spectacular.
