“We love coming to this thrift store. I love that this store serves a great cause, and that it empowers those who work there! The staff is so gently, kind and attentive! We especially love Parker! This place never disappoints, we always walk away with a treasure. Sign up for their emails since they usually have great sales. They even have a designer section where you can find evening dresses and shoes. They are in a great area of town close to US1.”

“I love the place.I found a very affordable mattress set there. It’s 2 blocks away from the main Street but it was easy to get there. It doesn’t look very nice from outside but I saved money and I didn’t even spend money on delivery cause they put the mattress set on top of my car.I love how they treated me. I loved the customer service.”

“I was in the lookout for a 1970's outfit and my Mom instantly thought of Goodwill. I have never really shopped at Goodwill and it was nice to have a ton of options for clothes. We found some really nice purple pants with a cool shirt that matched the theme just perfect! In all, everything cost only 19 dollars, that was a perfect place to find my outfit!! Will return if I need something like this again! :p”

“I stopped by here to donate a suitcase and went inside to do a little shopping. What a nice store! Clothes were organized by color, which was a great presentation. The store was clean and well organized and it didn't have the typical bad thrift store smell. I bought some very gently used children's board books at a great price. Great donation and shopping experience, I would definitely recommend and return here for another visit.”

“I absolutely love Goodwill! Coming from Oregon I didn’t know what to expect. This place is AMAZING!!! Their prices are better I must admit! I found a pink “The tote bag” for $10! Also a couple summer tops. Clean store. Employees were fine. Will definitely visit again if we visit Miami again!”

“This is such a great cause, and I really support it. My only concern is the long pickup window from 9:15 AM to 2:15 PM. It’s a bit hard to leave things outside for that long without worrying someone might mess with them. I already had to go back out and re-tape the package and label it clearly as a donation pickup.”

“Always a treasure hunt! You need time, a plan, and cash when you visit. There is a lot of everything. ***Things to know**** It can get crowded on weekends. Go early to grab a shopping cart. Workers are always constantly restocking. It may be worth it to check your favorite section again before checking out.”

“I have to give it to this goodwill location. Lately, the last few times I've visited this location, I am always met with very friendly staff always offering to help. Other locations in Miami have somewhat rude or dry employees. Along with their friendly service, the store is always well maintained and organized.”

“Be careful and beware becausemany of there items are over priced. The security guard mouth gets on my nerves. I watched him walk up to an employee and inappropriately hug her from her backside unexpectedly, I got the sense of the lady was not comfortable with what he did...because some of these people are immigrants they are silent about many of things and they have to stay silent just to keep a job. But overall depends upon what you want and are looking for- they have good things.”
