2 stars JUST because the 2 managers I spoke to where very nice. I had a very disappointing experience at this TJ Maxx location. The employee at the fitting rooms was extremely rude. She told me to wait in a disrespectful manner, then asked if I spoke English, which I found completely unnecessary and out of place. When I placed my clothes on the rack for her to count, she removed my hand when I tried to tell her which items I was taking. The lack of basic customer service was shocking. I will NEVER return.

On Saturday which is the busiest day they only have 2 cashiers open we have been waiting on the line for half an hour

Just go around this store! The queue line is 56 people ! There are 2 cashiers working ! But apart from that, there are other staff who wander at the checkout and do nothing! Disgusting behavior. If I were the director here , I'd fire everyone on the street!

Worst TJ maxx I’ve ever experienced, they tried to charge me extra for a sunglass case, even though it clearly belongs to the shades I was purchasing. When I asked why they would charge me extra they couldn’t give me an answer, when I approached the manager about it she got mad told the associate behind the cash register to “give it these people I don’t want to see them” even after the disrespect I went out of my way to thank her and she completely ignored me , even while I was outside she came out and yelled something in Spanish I couldn’t make out . She was the night manager and was so rude and I felt so disrespected and disgusted with how I was treated. I will try my best to warn people of the quality of costumer service this location gives and I just hope all TJ maxx don’t share this same values towards customers

Some of the elevators are closed down and you must take an elevator up from the ground floor. It’s a pretty weird layout for a building, but the deals were fantastic.
