My husband and I went on a long trip to buy some liquor. He was ready to pay, he had his ID in his hand and the cashier refused to make the sale. She demanded both of our IDs! And she didn't sell to us. I've never seen the person accompanying the buyer also have to show ID anywhere. I mean, if I meet a friend and she decides to go with me to buy something, they don't sell to me? Do I depend on the person accompanying me to be able to buy something? It's the most ridiculous thing that's ever happened to me. He had his ID in his hand and refused to make the sale. We left empty-handed, wasted time... I'd like to know why that was?

Unbelievable experience. I arrived just five minutes before closing, intending to quickly grab a bottle of Black Label—not to browse aimlessly. Despite this, I was refused entry while other customers were still shopping inside. If you have a cutoff time for letting people in, it should be clearly stated as part of your operating hours. Misleading customers like this is unacceptable. Absolutely disgraceful.

First time in Miami, I was looking all over the place for some ciders. I noticed that they are not that popular in Florida, but thank God i found them here. They had different varieties. I was so excited to try them. Great store. Highly recommend!

I have been in so many Total Wines, but I'm impressed about the lack of consumer services from the Store Manager Shammala or whatever is her name. I never had a bad experience, I'm a frequently consumer of this chain and just In Total Wine South Becah I had bad experience.
