Your customer service is awfull . I bought many times having to be deliver. On Sunday i was expecting my order and i realize they send me a msj that my order was ready to be picked up. I sent emails asking to be delivery then I spoke with 2 people , no solution. Last night i send an e-mail asking to send my order today.Still no answe. No refund, no call..

Very nice staff and I love to tequila tasting. They have a locally own tequila distilled in Jalisco Mexico that taste so good I can't even take it. I'm hooked and it has no additives wow! Yay! Billy's tequila.

Parking is free and plenty of spaces are available next to the entrance of Total Wine. NOTE: Need to enter the parking garage and get a ticket. The first hour is free. The store is clean, has a huge selection & inventory. Fast cashiers make it easy to pay and go. Prices are the lowest in compared to all liquor stores in Miami Beach area.

During my recent visit to the store, I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with the wine manager, Yary. Not only did Yary demonstrate a lack of product knowledge and initiative in helping customers, but she also demonstrated unprofessional behavior and rudeness.When we inquired about the availability of a certain champagne, Yary initially stated that it was out of stock without checking the system. However, the app showed that the champagne was in stock. When we demonstrated this information from the app to the wine manager, she claimed it was an error in the system and they did not have it. We know from our previous experience shopping at this store that it is very common to have boxes of champagne on the top shelves, so my husband touched the poster on the ceiling to pull it back and see if there might be an extra box there. And guess what? He saw the box. All the while Yary publicly scolded my husband for touching the poster. The most annoying thing happened when during checkout I said I would leave a review of our experience. Yary said it was no problem for her and threatened to block us in the system and we would not be able to shop in the future. Given Yari's rude behavior, lack of knowledge and disregard for customer satisfaction, we do not recommend visiting this store.

I'm unsure if this is the right place for a review. Christian is really courteous and patient, and he also processes transactions quickly. He constantly answers any questions I have or assists me with the app. he will succeed greatly best of luck to him.

I adore this store since it has everything I need and the prices and offers are fantastic. The staff is very kind.notably Christian who is humorous, patient, and extremely helpful. I'll be back when I go on my next vacation.
