Towing in Miami Beach, FL

“When you are stuck alone in Miami Beach in the middle of the night an a serious man comes to tow you… means the world! Recommend and although I hope not to need it again, I would call them if the situación happens again.”

“Everything was smooth, with the tow company, 5 stars got car out as fast as they could and was polite and explained anything I needed to know. No complaints with the company I got my car out just fine but I do want to say as the vehicle was in my dads name I needed a notary, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE NOTARY “TONY” that was given to me by the towing company he very rude, came up to my dog (pit bull) at the signing without my permission, and distracted him, and petting him.I was sitting OUT OF THE WAY IN A CORNER so for a grown man of 64 years old, running up did not make me feel comfortable. He couldn’t hear me try to correct him, as he had headphones in. Didn’t introduce himself just ran up, I’mA young female alone, no car to leave my dog in with the ac on and a way to make him feel comfortable, my dog never gets out like this and needs to practice his behavior told him you do not go up to dogs with out asking, and I’m setting a boundary to ensure my dogs training and my saftey and also his, some dogs have leash reactions, and my dog was on a leash. he refused to accept his mistake. He used MY CAR against me telling me he was the only one that works for them, and I’d be stuck in Miami forever, (THERE IS SEVERAL ONLINE NOATARY COMPANIES ) also referred to me as a child, as I’m a young female stranded in Miami. He also told me “I have an attitude that doesn’t belong in this city” I’m literally trying to get home and he’s threatening to refuse to sign the paper?? He has contradicted himself a lot through the simple process as I tried to redirect for the paper signing multiple times, as this is a disagreement and he should act more professional, and mature for his age. He charged me $100 to watch me sign the paper while normally the price is like max $20. I accepted it, and didn’t complain, I’m not sure if he will see this, but all I have to say, you’re in the wrong line of business If you can’t take a review and responsibilities for your actions. An apology after touching my dog, would have been comforting and respectable.”

“Ok, so nobody likes having their vehicle towed. It's not cheap and very inconvenient. Yet, the gentleman behind the window was respectful and agreeable. He must have a very hard job. Certainly he gets verbally abused by angry people every day. I would not like that if it happened to me on a regular basis.I don't blame these guys. I was at fault by parking my vehicle at a place during a time in which parking was restricted. The police department is who called in my vehicle to get towed. These guys just did the towing, which is their job. My vehicle was secured safely and there was no damage to it.All in all, they were good to me. Whereas I hope to never be a return customer, I know I will be in good hands if I am.”
