“My favorite toy store! They have so many cool and unique toys and games. Their customer service is exemplary. I took my niece to pick out a toy for her birthday last week. Unfortunately, there was an accident in the shopping center that took out the power for all of the stores in vicinity. They made the sale work so she could take home her Dragon Egg. “The staff at this build a bear are top tier. Every experiences has been one full of joy and professionalism. I’ve come here twice and both times I was met with different employees but the same warm and fun energy. I had purchased my bear near closing and the staff were so polite, even when we got caught up in our own little world to notice that the transaction was over and we had no business being there!
