I came here for the first time and the staff was very helpful , William was in the front and he was able to help me and explain everything I needed so I can send out my packages I will be coming back here.

They are scamming people, first he said that printing one page cost $1.2 and then charged $4 for one page (label). I get it’s not that big amount. BUT THAT’S STILL A SCAM.

Raúl and his staff are the best, friendly, efficient, very professional. I recommend this UPS store location for shipping, boxes and they also pack and ship.

They do not take Passport Photos here like advertised, so do not go here if that's what you want . Their camera is always broken they say .

This UPS needs better management. How can the line be out the door and there is someone in the back and one person shredding. If this is corporate policy then policy needs to be changed. FEDX better managed.
By the way if you are disabled, there are NO CHAIRS. ZIPPO!

When I walked in there was one employee available. He told me he was too busy to help me. I said ok and stood there patiently with my packages.
I pulled out my phone to find the address I was going to ship my packages to. While I was looking at my phone two more employees came out from the back and didn’t say a single word to me or ask me if I needed help.
Then another customer came in and one of them asked if they could help her. I said I was waiting actually and then she said ok and that she would help me. The other customer said she was pregnant which I hadn’t realized and I apologized for that to her.
It is ridiculous and horrible customer service for the two employees to come out while I’m waiting to be helped and not acknowledge me and for the employee that was too busy to not help me to not have told them I was waiting.
As I walked out the employee who was helping me laughed at me and complained that I didn’t smile. I told her that if she was polite to me I would have smiled and left.
Disgusting and horrible customer service experience.

Your typical ups/pack and ship store. They usually have long lines to drop off . They are helpful and try to keep the line moving! Located in a shopping center, parking is limited but plenty of street parking.

Aldo is incredible! He was super helpful when I came in to the store on Alton Road & 15th St. I was in a big rush and needed to ship out a few things that needed to be packed up. He handled everything perfectly and very efficiently, and did like a perfect Tetris to fit everything in the box, without wasting any space. He was so kind and courteous, and made what could have been a stressful situation very smooth. Really appreciate his hard work and pleasant personality. Aldo is a valuable asset to the team, and UPS is lucky to have him!

The store is very helpful but the parking situation has become a scam ..you park drop something off and you get a fake ticket in the mail with threats ..I have stated going to fedex and the post office..I was dropping 3 to 4 packages a week and other services there …I don’t mind paying for parking but I don’t want to be scammed!!,you can get services and shipping elsewhere which I am doing!

I have no idea why the ups employees not bringing our packages to upstairs and put it in front of apartment? Why they are just putting to the entrance of the building? My package is lost right now and it’s 535$ worth dyson airwrap in it! This is not the first time it’s happening! It is extremely frustrating and annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Multiple Miami Beach neighbors have received 'parking violations' for some kind of scam thats operating in this parking lot. Please call your landlord and ask them to remove this bizarre, predatory scam of mailing people bogus parking tickets that arent legally enforceable.
